A great day and friendly people. Despite the weather (which couldn't be helped), the atmosphere was great.
On the downside the toilets were not maintained adequately and, by 7pm had no toilet roll, some were blocked and there was no water to wash hands. The queue for them was also a quagmire as there was no matting over the grass to help it to not get overly muddy.
I suffer from Fibromyalgia but do not currently have a blue badge. South Ribble were not helpful when I messaged them to ask to be able to park in the car park. We did eventually manage to park around the park but were then faced with added hindrance from the security staff not being flexible enough to allow me to leave the park to rest and have medication. Luckily I came across Bobby, who was lovely and ensured I could leave and be allowed back in. I have attended several festivals over the years and have never had these issues as the oragnisers have usually been really helpful.

Fantastic day celebrating my husbands 60th birthday. The live music was absolutely fabulous especially Billy Ocean who was exceptional. Our sons were with us aged 33 and 23 and we all didn't stop singing and dancing all day . Very well organised, food and drink great. We didn't care about the rain one bit .

No parking nearby, no draught beer, (just warm expensive cans when many cheaper events manage to do it for similar retail price) letting people all out one exit afterward is so confusing, potentially very dangerous and contrary to crowd dispersal, why not open all exits? This event doesn't seem to know who it is targeting as a customer. First visit due to the improved quality of the acts this year but doubtful I would return.

This was a fabulous and well-organised event. The acts were incredible. It was well attended by stewards/police. Whilst ticket prices were reasonable, as was food, there was only one bar with very limited and expensive drinks, and no alcohol-free beer at all.
I'd definitely recommend the event, but would like a better bar and possibly more of them.
There was talk of removing the age restrictions next year and allowing children, which could problematic if they are left unsupervised or get caught in a crowd.

Only one negative. The disabled toilets inside the venue had no medical waste disposal facilities. The mobile toilet unit on the outside of the venue was fabulous.

Even with the rain showers the event was thoroughly enjoyed, roll on next year.

Security staff at front gate were friendly. £5 for a can of beer seems steep but is the going rate at these kind of events, I guess. Very good and enjoyable line up with at least half the acts more than happy to get up close and personal with the audience. My main gripes were actually issues beyond the event's control - (1) it rained heavily just as the day got under way so the park became a total mudbath afterwards, not the event's fault really and (2) not the event's fault either, the trains were cancelled on the way there and on the way back which consequently cost me an Uber from and to Manchester at £50-a-go to get there.

Absolutely brilliant. 3rd year running we have been and it's well run. 5* for SRBC for doing something for the community

Really enjoyed the event, there was back to back music which felt good value for money. The toilets should be better (like the premium ones) and more hard pathway near the entrance/ exit and toilets as it was very slippy and hazardous after rain.

Loved it and will be back next year! Great line up this year bar the one, as they didn't perform and just walked around the stage. Unfortunately we had rain this year and there simply wasn't enough matting in the heaving traffic areas, ie. The entrance / exit, by the toilets, by the bar and food area. More toilets and another bar may need to be considered for next year!

We felt that we had paid for VIP tickets but we're quite a way from the stage but other than that it was a great atmosphere and even the weather didn't dampen everyone enjoying themselves.
