whilst I understand there were some queues at opening time we arrived half an hour later and walked straight in with no queuing at all. Despite this we walked straight through security with little to no searching which may explain the numerous umbrellas in the crowd later on along with multiple bottles of wine being consumed.
However, this apart and despite the weather we enjoyed a fantastic event. The vendors were excellent and we had a great view of the stage with easy access to the stage area. The ground became really muddy (standard for festivals) but safety was spot on.
Toilets were fine ( we had premium entry) until later on when the taps were struggling and toilet paper was a bit scarce.
The music was exceptional and we were impressed by all the artists, I would recommend this event to any music fan for next year.

Overall the event was fantastic the acts for the cost of tickets was good value for money.

My only complaint my son is a wheelchair user. The disabled platform was over crowded. I know in this day and age all disabilities are not visible. All families of a disabled person being allowed to stay with the disabled person. This lead to people setting up picnic tables next to each other taking up alot of space. I feel the event in the future should have a wheelchair booking system when you purchase tickets. Only allowing the disabled person and carer to access the platform.

The disabled porta toilets was allowed to be used by the general public. This leading to disabled people being forced to join long cues when they should of been given priority. Eventually the disabled porta toilets was closed completely due to being full or blocked. Leading to the only accessible toilet to use was off site.

My overall advise would be the platform to have a steward only allowing the disabled and carer on the platform. Another steward only allowing disabled to use the accessible toilets.

Hope this isn't looked at has a complaint just helpful words to make the event a more enjoyable experience for people with disabilities.

Good event. Enjoyed the mix of music. Weather was only downside.
