Over subscribed and understaffed. Queueing for everything, took an age to eventually get into the venue only to find it absolutely rammed. No disabled facilities whatsoever. Son is wheelchair user so had to fight our way to front to see anything. Badly lit areas, bottlenecks where almost impossible to get past anybody, toilets over flowing with sewage. Instead of making it an event that you'd want to go back to it was an over crowded one that would ensure a lot won't want to. Charge a premium for VIP and queue busting but not worth the extra; again over subscribed it
