wouldn’t let us in 5 minutes after doors (at 6:30pm for some reason). payed 70 f**king quid and travelled up for no reason. f**king joke mate, some bird got ragged by one of the dogs as well so that’s good innit

The music was great saved the event. It was awfully planned, absolute chaos from the first queue. We paid extra for VIP tickets but saw no benefits whatsoever to spending this additional money. There was no bar queue jump, no assigned VIP toilets. We queued in the standard entrance queue as there was no designated queue for the people who had paid the extra money. Disappointed as we feel we were sold tickets on false terms. We met a lot of people who felt same.

it was well to over crowded didnt have room to have a dance , it was literally shoulder to shoulder through out the whole area , people was getting agitated with it being so tightly packed and being pushed and shoved , security had to block the entrance to the main hall and left 100s of people cramming in the corridors with no were to go because it was all a 1 way system , i brought 6 tickets for me and my friends and we was left cramped up in the corridors for around 40 minutes which it got to the point we had lost all the excitement and was so disappointed we decided to leave because the atmosphere had gone and tension was so high it felt the safest option to leave , we arrived at 4 and had to leave the premises at 8 oclock for our saftey and disappointment, i spent 270 pound on tickets to be there 4 hours and leave angry , upset amd really disappointed with the whole thing
