The orchestra was brilliant, Sonique was awesome!! Judge Joules didn’t turn up because they hadn’t paid him and there was a bit of a feedback problem a couple of times whilst this other woman (don’t know her name) was singing. Prices weren’t bad but they had somehow managed to double book my seat!
The venue was great and the bar staff were friendly. The atmosphere was brilliant and everybody had a good night 😁

Fantastic!!! Only thing that **t it down was the bar service. Far too slow and too much choice. Keeping fast and simple. Other than that we had a fabulous night. Thank you x

Judge Jules cancelled last minute as Gatecrasher hadn't been paying him. Decent night, nothing to write home about. Will be looking for a refund as we stayed for approximately 90 minutes.

Quality night the event was fairly well organised we was quickly ushered in out of the cold weather , the transition from main show back to djs could of looked smoother, hospitality on the drinks side needs to be much inproved ie more bar staff and better efficiency, overall a good night and event,.

We feel the VIP prices were unjust due to the small room and toilet facilities that were available to us but then event was great as a whole, bit strange when the classic section started late and finished early though?

Scarborough was a great town with very friendly people .
Awesome lasers , lights , , sound , djs , performers and orchestra

Amazing atmosphere and great music again.
VIP bar was a joke - no music, no Bacardi.
Not enough staff outside - massive queue and no indication of separate VIP access.

Whilst my party thoroughly enjoyed our night, we were disappointed that we had to queue for almost an hour to get into the venue in the freezing cold, tgen the queues at the bar were ridiculous, we queued an hour for a drink!
The music and orchestra were great, as was the atmosphere, but disappointed the judge jules were not there and this was what the advert inverted and also that Sonique was more of a compair. The lighting was outstanding

the orchestra was amazing and great atmosphere, it took forever to get a drink but the prices were good.
was dissapointed that judge jules didnt do a set even though he was supposed to be there.
we left at 2.15 so unless he came on for 45mins but by that time there wasnt that many people left.
