Couple of negative things Even though a good concert it was let down by having Rumlins bar playing their own music which conflicted with the main music, even though they were approached several times including security to turn their music down didn’t. Drinks were extremely expensive and hand sanitiser outside the toilets ran out

Absolute sham. Disabled parking too far away. Had to queue for 45 - 60 mins for a drink. They ran out of certain drinks too.
Atmosphere was good, music was okay but the acoustics were crap. It sounded better from the car park! Not enough seats either.
Disappointed with it all really.

Had great expectations for this evening first night out since Covid 19 lockdown. Was very hard to get any information about what was allowed at the venue Windsor racecourse.
At the time of start of the performance - 6pm, we knwe we would not have enough time to eat before arriving, we wanted to take a chair, picnic etc.. rang the venue several times no response despire leaving several messages and my contact details.
The event was good, Harry C and Jocelyn Brown were great.
Leaving the venue was a nightmare with the stewards being very unhelpfil and trying to force u to join long non moving queues to exit. There was very poor organisation and the stewards looked very inexperienced and unable to manage such a large volume of people.
Needs better information to customers, more organisation re parking

Only complaint really was lack and conflicting info beforehand.
Rang Windsor racecourse who told me no chairs would be allowed but there were lots. I saw several different get opening times and event starting times.
Unfortunately, we missed several acts. Event itself was excellent value but drink prices were but ott

Hospitality vendors behind the 8-ball when their pumps and IT systems not working. Testing & Commissioning procedures need to up their game. Apart from that - all good.

I paid £50 per ticket for VIP area great access told we would get seating ? No enough seating for everyone who brought these ticket a shame they did not follow through on what we were paying for and beer price could have. Been cheaper at £6.00 per pint
