Review of SOULTASIA - Berkshire
Very badly organised. Wasn’t told until two days before that we needed to produce evidence of Covid vaccination. Took us an hour to get in as everyone was trying to access the NHS app and it kept crashing. We missed the first two acts. The Real Thing pulled out last minute but Soultasia were still advertising them on the day. Just did not feel the vibe. Didn’t know many of the songs. The DJ should have played more mainstream stuff. Didn’t use the VIP area as people were hogging the seats even though they weren’t using them. We left before 9. It was a waste of money and I would not go again. First and last time at a festival style event. Not for me.

Review of SOULTASIA - Berkshire
VIP was a rip off, no chairs left , couldn’t see the stage due to being fenced in, toilets okay early in the evening then run out of soap and hand towels, and water in men’s. drinks expensive , queues long and had to go then queue in main arena for a C**e . Left VIP and went to main area, nearer the stage, atmosphere much better and could see the stage. Music was brilliant and apart from paying VIP prices had a great evening.

We paid for VIP tickets but due to the fact you installed a fence we couldn't see the stage but the people who had ordinary tickets had unlimited access and view . We had to stand on the benches you provided which obscured other peoples view - people sat in deckchairs ( us ) had NO view of the stage .
The champagne bar and spirit bar had no champagne or prosecco - my lady had to go the public area to get a drink .What was the point of a VIP ticket - we had a worse experience than standard ticket holders
The Jamaican food stall went up in flames and had to be shut down - Joceyln Brown was clearly not well and couldn't remember the words to the songs and Alexander O Neal played 4 songs and no encore and finished at 10.15 so we had to reorganise taxis to get home
I know this a new event / promotion but serious lessons need to be learnt especially the treatment of VIP ticket holders - ask people who attend the Barclaycard festival iN Hyde Park how they look after premium / VIP ticket holders

An excellent night, friendly atmosphere and the staff were all so helpful.
Music and acts as we remembered back in the day.... a great reminder of the wonderful times we had back then.

Well organised and well run, great atmosphere with plenty of food/drink choices at reasonable festival prices. Personally would have liked a bit more old-school/classic soul to be played between live acts but crowd seemed happy with music overall.
