Main problem was a queue at the turnstiles for Skiddle cards as they could not handle or process or recognise peoples pre booked tickets quickly so people in the cash queue moved straight in and we missed the first 5 -10 minutes of the match. Hosts need to learn how to process pre paid tickets which people take time to do to help get a safe and quick entry and pay a small premium for it too.

Disorganised.
ticket abd offering not cleared- people didn't realised their was a free part to it.
Not being able to take chairs in - lots of room , especially if a seating area. Only half a pich used !
not enough toilets - no toilet roll after one hour.
Food offerings in the percivsl rooms was appalling for the price.
No catering van options outside , these would have been better.
No Beer tent !!
Queues for drinks inside appalling.
The daytime events eg bowling always good. Stall options limited and some expensive .. £ 5.50 for a cake !Not family friendly.
Friends made the event good for us but the venue /offering needs to rethink !

Great first for the gala festival!!
There are a number of improvements and changes to be made across in different areas however overall it was a great success and I hope it returns next year and onwards.

The music was great and there was a really good atmosphere. Things could possibly have been a little more organised - signposted entry etc but it was the first event and teething problems can only be expected. Drink prices were reasonable. Would recommend catering vans etc next year as the only food provided was by the venue, and although good, the queue was horrendous. Had a great day and evening though.

Hardly any on site signage. Other people simply walked in without paying. Prices of drinks/food extortionate.

Great day throughout, so much fun! Would be returning if it’s on again! Queues for food was very long so didn’t bother with that but looked nice, and well priced. Toilets queue was also large so I think more ports-loos would be better next time but other than that it was great!
