Could have done better for disabled people. Eg having an only area for disabled camping. Having a disabled shower near the toilets& water. Have it maned by someone. Also shorter walking access to the event.

We bought a disabled weekend camping ticket to find when we arrived to be told sorry its full you will have to park with able body parking, as I'm in a wheelchair and the entrance was about a mile away at the bottom of a hill we found it impossible to get about so left, complete waste of time more than sign of the time. Will be seeking a refund.

First time attending and very impressed with all aspects of the festival. Despite the weather it was great fun and very enjoyable. Looking forward to next year. Well done and thanks to everyone involved.

Good festival for the price. Some things need to be better managed, however; the rain was horrendous and the staff were utterly unprepared when it was forecast long enough before. Cars getting stuck in mud, and then asking customers not to come via car as car park couldn't cope. Queues to get through gates were needlessly very long. We waited over an hour to get in when there were several queues, and when we got to top of queue it was clear why the wait was long; staff were generally very slow or just faffing about.
Also, it'd be good if there can be separate bins for recycling items next time.

Overall given the mud and weather it was a lovely festival ☺️. I think the stages were too close which interfered with the atmosphere outside a little . We left early as I was not convinced we would get off the site if we stayed til the end.

We were in a motorhome - the live in vehicles were placed at the top of a steep hill. There were limited toilets, no showers and no water provided in this area. For water, and showers there was a long trek down the steep hill and back up again. The Elsan points were full and did not get emptied.
The tents were in the field where the live in vehicles were last year which was much better for access to the arena and also with facilities. My husband could not go to the arena as he has poor mobility and could not manage the hill.
We have been to SOTT for the last 3 years, but will probably not bother again as the field location was just awful.
Please organisers give this more thought for next year. Live in vehicles pay more than tent campers for the privilege of attending!

Despite the weather we had a great time! There could have been some improvements with the logistics of tackling tricky conditions for walking and moving cars. The picnic benches and central shelter were great additions this year !

Lovely little friendly festival.Excellent line up.Bar prices were extortionate and you can't take any of your own drinks into the arena. This year was very very wet and muddy,so could have done with some straw or similar at the entrances and exits.Toilets were a bit of a mess on the last day.Saying all of that,we'll be back next year as long as the line ups are as good.Despite the weather,a good time was had by all!

Not at all disabled friendly if your disability is invisible. They won't help unless you have an Access card which costs £15. They don't tell you that until you have actually bought a ticket. If you buy the ticket the day before you don't have chance to sort that out. Long walk back to the car up a relatively steep hill, then through the campsite which was unlit so the risk of tripping over guide ropes was high. Quite a few people seemed very disoriented. Music good, fair price but organisation and venue ?'?. I won't be going again no matter who's playing there.

Enjoyed it despite the awful weather which had turned the site into a mud bath. However, the woman who gave us our wristbands was really rude. The two stages were too close together so you often had the music from one as background noise when you were watching the other one. It was great that you could be so close to the stage and the atmosphere for headliners Travis wad great.

Posh loos rip off. Parking situation ridiculous. Officials at campsite clueless. No back up plan for bad weather regarding car park and walkway surfaces. Car route into campsite was around a field and not necessary as there was a proper road / track to use. Won't be going again.
