Love this event, always find lots of bargains.....the venue is very well organised & there's always plenty of friendly staff on hand if any help is needed.

I was told it was a decent all right experience it's shocking you have yo fight to get summit you want and when you get through to anything most of the good stuff is gone. Vintage it says well that's a load of rubbish I've got stuff in my house more vintage. Grade A it says that's rubbish as well picked up stuff with labels missing, stains on, zips missing and frayed to the point you could see through. Some staff are okay some staff are arrogant. Couple of mates asked me how it was I said I wouldn't bother going. Pricing is shocking as well suppose be 15 quid a kilo which is fair but when you get charged nearly 6 quid for 0.25 of a kilo when that's only a quarter of a kilo that a joke.

Disappointed it ended up being an indoor event when it was sold as a festival. Whilst the organisers did their best the atmosphere was not as good as anticipated. The lack of food available was really disappointing - again it was sold as loads of choice and options available and it ending up being just one small van who ran out of food!

Disappointing last minute change of venue... but did well to secure a venue... just wasn’t a comparable second choice.

Messages in the few days prior suggested that the event was all about the music... house music... this wasn’t how it was advertised when buying early saver tickets... Gin & Disco... it just wasn’t quite was was said on the tin!

There were far too few people there (and we had been worried it would be the other way)... so it was perhaps ‘lucky’ we weren’t in a large open space like the park as it would’ve looked far worse!

That all said... the music was good, the gin was nice and staff were helpful and friendly... it just could’ve been so much more!

Late change of venue, poor communication from organisers, minimal food options, over priced drinks, room too light and severly lacking atmosphere, door staff knocking on toilet doors to get people to hurry up, unacceptable. Not a good experience and far from what was advertised. Never again!

the event was a massive disappointment for myself and friends who I attended with. the price was extortionate for a number of reasons. Poor sound quality, inappropriate venue, ridiculously priced, poor quality drinks. All in all it was an awful event and we all felt we'd been mis-sold tickets on what sounded like a great daytime festival. I would like advice on how to claim a refund for the 3 tickets I purchased please.

Venue was dated and dull would have been so much better at the original outdoor venue as planned in Hanley park and drinks prices were an absolute joke for what they were, considering it was a ‘gin’ festival there was a really poor selection of gins! Waste of money wish I hadn’t bothered going.

Far too expensive wait time on drinks was ridiculous having to leave your drinks on a table unmanned whist you went outside then to return to them not being there having time on wen u can't come back in as it was ridiculous as the place was empty toilet queues ridiculous and the price of ticket paying full price then them being slashed to 10 pound fuming war a rubbish and unorganised event not happy at all

It went from an outside venue to which would of been a relaxed atmosphere to what felt like a school disco with streamers. Very disappointing as not as many pop up bars and food which was initially advertised. Overpriced admission for what became of the day, total time spent at venue before the party of 8 left was 2 hours.
