Review of Solo presents Carl Cox at Margam Country Park
The complete lack of facilities at this venue was a joke. Less than 40 toilets for how many thousands of people? No sanitiser, no toilet roll. Toilets full to the brim when we entered as they were used night before for a gig. Couldn't find water points.
Seeing tickets being sold for £15 as it wasn't a sell out when I paid near £70 each (absolutely not worth £70 even if it was Carl Cox)
One plus point was the organised shuttle bus though. Couldn't fault that and worth the money.

Review of Solo live presents Cian Ducrot at Margam Castle
The event started late and no communication, Cain didn't preform although previous acts did . We were left for nearly an hour in the rain to be told he wasn't going to complete his set . Communication was terrible and very disappoint . It's a good jobs the acts before were very good . Otherwise the whole event would have been a complete washout .

Review of Solo presents Carl Cox at Margam Country Park
Carl Cox was amazing, the build up to his appearance was incredible. It was so exciting and he was the highlight - an absolute legend. The support DJs were great, but not as exciting. There were some great original tunes and the screens were inviting, however their visuals were repetitive and basic. Carl Cox visuals were so theatrical and exciting in comparison. Sitting on the ground wasn't comfortable, there was no seating or cover and we weren't allowed to take seating in. This was fine for the evening but not so great for those who turned up in the afternoon. The venue, Margam Park, was beautiful and it was great to be in such magnificent surroundings, we were lucky with the weather, thank goodness. Still, overall a great event in Wales, bring Carl Cox back!
