Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
Very disappointed with it overall, not enough space for the amount of people.
Not enough seating.
Prices extortionate- cost of living crisis and all that.
Bars were poor and ran out of things. After queuing 30 mins.

Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
Unfortunately the venue area was smaller due to rain. So less space to sit down. Better at the museum. And not much for vegetarians mostly vegan which I don't like their cheese. Also not budget family friendly. But what we had was good.

Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
Having been to the Streetfood festival for years, this one was the best so far. The venue was far better than by the LC2. There seemed to be more food choice which was lovely as it gave even the pickiest of eaters plenty of options. It was great to have new vendors there, too! Hoping for a September event like 2022 so we can go and enjoy again.

Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
Music itself was fine - but it was way to loud.
Venue - I understand that you had to move it due to waterlogging - but it was poor. There simply wasn't enough space and the queues were horrendous to get in.
Prices - As expected but the portions were great so well worth it.
Atmosphere - Perfect!!
All in all it was a great day and I would still recommend it, but as it's so popular, you need a bigger venue for next year.

Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
Que was so long which is frustrating when you have a ticket and a 1 year old. We were really excited to go but turned around and ended up in a fast food place instead.
Don’t bother running next year.

Queue to get in with excessively long (we had a 2 hour wait) even with tickets ordered in advance. There was very little organisation in to the queue management. Even though you had to pre book tickets before the event, these were not even checked on entrance.

Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
I understand that prior to around 12pm people were being let in without tickets. So by the time I got there at 1pm I had to queue for around an hour to get in. There were people stood in the queue jump queue who didn’t have queue jump tickets, so even that queue took over 45 minutes to get in, and there was no one organising the queues to inform people where they needed to queue. I had booked a table and when I found my table, there was someone else sitting on it because apparently all the spreadsheets had been mixed up. So, clearly, organisation was awful. Then, I spent over £40 on 2 trays of fries, 3 doughnuts and a bottle of water.
I won’t be going again.

Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
Arriving on the Friday the first day of the festival, I was all riled up and excited, I am a lover of food and like exploring different cuisines, let me tell you now it did not disappoint, there were vendors that represented cuisines from all over the world, from ramen to Greek food, whatever your heart desires the festival probably had it. I tried so many different types of food from bbq to bao buns and vegan gelato . The food was incredible and delicious with the atmosphere being incredible, there were so many like minded people all around exploring and having a good time that I just couldn’t help but smile. The food was on the pricey side where I regularly shelled out over £10 but it was well worth it and expected. I would rate the Swansea food festival 10/10 would highly recommend and can’t wait for its return

Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
Most if not all of the food is so over priced, £10 for a small tub of macaroni cheese , £13 for tiny fries and two pieces of small chicken just as examples. There is one bar with a ridiculous queue, no food stalls allowed to sell drink so if you have kids pointless going when you have to queue for an hour just to get a soft drink. I swear it gets more and more expensive every year. Shame because this used to be a great day out. Not enough tables to sit down, so if it’s been raining again pointless going because you have to stand and walk whilst eating anything as the grass is too wet to sit on. All in all a disappointing experience and need to remortgage the house after the expense. 😬
