Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
Really good choice of food - prices are what you would expect from an event like this - not cheap. Liked the addition of tables and benches. Live music was unable to be heard by those who hadn't pre- booked seats in the covered section.
Enjoyable couple of hours - would recommend.

Terrible system, queue was over an hour long
They were selling queue jump tickets for £5 and this queue was also 45 mins long
There were n queues inside for food people were just sitting chilling listening to the music when people had to queue all day!! The system of 1 in 1 out is barbaric!

ques were quite bad, waiting well over hour for entry. prices were pretty high, particularly if you were a family, it was ok for a one off but wouldn't rush back spent quite a lot of money on one day.

we thought it was very badly disorganised. you needed to book tickets yet when we arrived there was a 1.5 hour queue, this was totally unreasonable. we had our son with us who has complex needs,Asd, ADHD, Sensory Processing disorder, and was absolutely no provision made from him. We had to take him away to avoid a meltdown. An event that excludes members of a society should never be allowed to go ahead. It's discriminatory. Poor management and poor organisation, no information about accessibility.

We left feeling disappointed. £5 to skip the queue and a can of Coors Light or Corona 👎 Nothing special. £11.25 we paid for a reservation on a table, we had to tell randoms to leave the table who hadn’t booked and watch as others just took other reserved tables, why did we bother paying £11?? It was like a wind tunnel, no shelter unyet the free tables were better sheltered and closer to the music. £12 for a BBQ box big enough to 2 people was in a container usually used for a small chips at the Chip Shop. Everything was waaaayyyy over priced, like restaurant prices. Thought this was street food? Nothing under £7. Even 6 sticks of Churros with chocolate sauce was £8!! Shocking. Was looking forward to the experience but we won’t be going back.

the event was good but the prices for the food were ridiculous, it was so expensive. Also the size of the bar was far too small for the amount of people there, I queued for 25 minutes for a can of c**e

Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
Poor communication about what each type of ticket and add on got you. Volunteers/staff were unsure of the rules in regards to table reservations. The organisation was poor but the food was great (if not a bit pricy). Only having on place to buy drinks and only 5 people serving was questionable thinking. Should have at least been another tent with 5 additional people serving (especially during peak times)

The 2 hour queue to go in, was a nightmare, nobody checked tickets so what was the point in booking on line. There was no music playing the time we were there, would not go again
