Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
I just wish the the reserved tables were monitored better. Every time we got up to look around or get more food our table had been taken again and again
The food stalls were great though and location wasn’t too bad!

I paid £5 each for queue jump which was an absolute joke as we still had to queue for over an hour.
The venue was too small so not enough space and not enough seats.
Prices were absolutely ridiculous. Loaded fries £11… is that a joke?
Only thing that was good was the music and the weather

Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
The queue was so awful we never actually got into the food festival. We travelled to Swansea from Newport, queued for over an hour and still did not gain entry.
I would only return if there was a better ticket system in place.

Great activity if you love food. Great choices and almost all of them with a 5 star rating. However the prices were very high. The music was very loud near some of the food places and could barely hear each other when ordering.

Paid £11 to book a table but people were randomly sitting at tables, steward worked hard to keep tables clear. Only there an hour, chicken burger was undercooked. Had to trek over other side of site to get a drink, didn't get the beer that came with tickets, spent £5 on ticket to queue jump and get beer, no queues and no beer! Overall £32 I needn't have spent. Also a cold day, no heaters around tables.

We arrived at 1.30pm and queued for 2 hours and moved 16 spaces…went to the entrance only to find that there was another queue called ‘queue jump’ which you had to pay for which kep the customers who had free tickets waiting as. It was operating a 1 in 1 out system because it was full!

The queue was crazy long, even the one with a queue jump ticket. We were waiting for an hour, and then we saw even more queues at the food stalls. The smell of the food was lovely, but the wait was just too long.

Great event although felt it could have been bigger providing more space for patrons as there were quite a few pinch points across the site used. Also think the bar could have been a pump space wider.

We didn't even make it in as the queue was over 1hr long to get into the site. Seemed it was a case of one out one in. Why bother having tickets and an enclosed site for the food vendors, limits the amount of trade as people are staying for the music etc...

Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
Location was ok( although still very wet under foot and bum even when sitting on a blanket on the ground, as a change at last minute, but the que didn’t look to flow very well. More room for people to get to stalls and then be able to find a space to sit. Why does this need to be ticketed and why does this need to be in an area that has restricted access? All in all, would love to se this return again next year in a bigger space.
