Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
It was very enjoyable time, having very testy food with friends! The weather was a bit windy, but fresh and not too cold around the sea. It’s lovely to see so many people enjoying a food together. The Home made doughnuts 🍩 were very, very testy!
We had a great time, thank you!

Shocking queues to get into what was an open air food court . Queues to the bar was just as bad. I was expecting lots of little bits and tasters of different quisine and found myself spending £27 on fried chicken and chips - I wanted tasters to try lots of different foods but got big portions. This is not a food festival it’s a FOOD COURT. And if I want that I’ll go to Flounders in town. If the organisers want to see how to do a food festival visit Narberth or Cowbridge. I won’t be wasting the time or effort to go again!

The wait time to get in was not acceptable. You should have the option to book slots so if the tickets are free there isn’t too many people turning up at once.
The bar has run out of a lot of choices early on, 2pm so little choice and seemed underprepared also wait time here was a lot.

It was a great day out, great food, non-threatening atmosphere. But didn't like the venue, far too blustery. It needs to be back in the Museum Park and in May when it's warmer.

Review of Swansea Street Food Festival
Overall cost of food from the vendors were very high and small portions. The event itself wasn’t well organised, especially the queuing system which meant even ticket holders had to queue for 45 minutes + to get in. There should be allotted times for entry or if it’s free entry, just allow it to be open and allow people to enter more freely. The atmosphere once we got into the festival was great, live music, tents, tables and lots of space to roll out the rug and chill on the grass - overall a good festival but I wouldn’t recommend it to friends just because of the wait time and the way it was organised.
