Completely couldn’t believe when we arrived that we were told the gates/ venue was closed!!
NOWHERE on ANYWHERE/tickets / website was there anything to say to say time limits! NEVER been to a concert where gates closed ??

Also NOT SIGNAGE of how to get in to the concert at aLL for such a large park and walked around for over half an hour trying to get in and with weather so bad this should’ve been a must.

So overpriced drinks, NOT signed well and NOT chilled AT ALL , £6:50 for al
warm can 🤬 and the staff were SOOOOO RUDE , not necessary as they weren’t even busy
