Toilets were dirty and had no running water, the lines to the showers were constantly so busy, twice the showers were cold, there was no water or showers all day on the Thursday and the pamper lounge was too small for the number of people that wanted to use it

Don’t have alot of charge and a pain to be having to collect everyday. Also a long queue to return for deposit back on the sunday. Better off just buying a big portable charger

It doesn’t make sense to ask about the music or atmosphere as they’re only toilets & showers - however the showers are advertised as “HOT” showers, in the women’s there was a block of hot showers and a block of cold? I had to have a cold shower the first day & the second day there was a 3 hour queue that snaked around the club pass area and out of the entrance and down the road. It seemed as though everyone at creamfields had been sold the club pass which made it pointless - what’s the point in paying for something if you can’t even use it. Only good thing was that the toilets were flushable toilets. The pamper area also had a 50 minute queue, a waste of money.

The chargers are a waste of time, go to primary and buy the ones from there as they have a bigger outage than charge candy and you'll save a lot of time as well not having to queue up for another rubbish charger
If you also have a brand new phone that charges at about 25 charge candy chargers will give you an extra 10%tops and maybe 20%if you put on airplane mode. Don't waste your money just bring a decent battery charger like an anker which is 60,000 outage and will last you 4/5 charges

Personally, I used these for the festival as I thought yeah it’s a good deal, for the for us to turn up and have to pay £10 deposit for the charger and £5 extra for the wire. The staff were rude to my friends, faces like thunder and attitudes were minging, accusing my friend of lying also which annoyed us. And the man was too off his face that he marked my wrist band 2 times as you’re only allowed 1 tick per day. It’s just shambles really and they don’t even charge your phone too 100%! Waste of money.

It was an absolute rip off. No where near enough showers and toilets for the amount of people they sold passes to. Instead of scamming their customers they should supply more showers and therefore give their customers their money’s worth. I have never seen a toilet and shower pass so bad at a festival. I waited for 3 hours to go to the toilet and have a shower at one point. Absolutely not worth it.

Absolute scam!!! 50 quid for facilities which you can buy daily at the festival for a fiver!!! Toilets were blocked with s**t anyway would rather just be a scruff and not wash next time cheers.
