Necessary if standard camping for showers. However more toilets and showers are needed for the amount of people using these at the festival. I waited in the que for 2 hours for a shower. Some showers didn’t work very well. Wouldn’t recommend if not standard camping as showers are provided with other tickets.

Think they shouldn’t sell so many tickets as it’s over crowded or have time slots for showers, some sort of system

Weren’t any cleaner than normal toilets, showers were cold or broken and the ‘glam mirrors’ were awful

The staff at both on arena and at the camping village were great. The chargers allowed for one full charge per day, however due to the open / closing times of the charge stations and the times the events were on it made it quite difficult to get the chargers rotated each day

Not worth the money at all. To say they only had two trailers of showers and like 4 usable toilets and only half of them were working every time I used them, and only being able to use them in one place of the whole festival it just really wasn’t worth the £45 I ended up paying because of ‘reduced allocation of club passes”

Went to Creamfields in 2021, Though we were in the standard camping the ClubClass access gave us showers and working toilets which was great. Had some issues while there for example the "limited supply" of tickets seemed to be a lie as tickets were being sold on the door meaning the queues for everything took several hours event when we waited for some of the acts to start.
The toilets were great and a significant upgrade over the public ones as it was an actual toilet.
The showers when we were able to use them were good as was a good refreshing start to the day as it was fairly hot throughout the event.

We had some issues with opening hours as the Club Class location was not ready on the thursday due to "issues" so we missed a day of being able to use the facilities, it was also not avaiable on the monday morning at the end of the event (I assume due an early start on packing it away for transport and clean up)

Overall, showers and working toilets are a must and these did the job if you were willing to wait 3+ hours in queues and watch people get access after being told that the tickets were "sold out" online prior to the event

Toilets were not working half of the time, 3 out of 5 men’s toilets were closed waiting 25 minutes to have a poo is ridiculous. The showers only had one block each which was meant to be 3 apparently and therefore made queues last hours! I wouldn’t recommend it unless there are more facilities as you pay 40 pound for half the facilities to be missing it’s a scam. Deffo worth it if you don’t have to queue too long but with half the facilities not working there should have definitely been more of them and more testing to make sure they work correctly.

Overpriced rubbish! Two toilet blocks out of use for majority of the weekend and some showers were absolutely freezing! Not impressed - sorry ClubClass!

So disgusting. Where is the „luxury“? I mean I don’t expect much at such a huge festival I really don’t. Only the promised bathrooms and shot showers and enough of those that I don’t have to wait for longer then 30 min but No hot showers. 1/6 toilets open? You are kidding guys. That’s all for 40 pounds? We showered under the bathsink because the line for the showers were ALWAYS at least 2h long. And if you wanted to come at a later point in time…bad luck…. Because it is closing right when you Comeback to the campus. Ther was no effort to create any kind of atmosphere, no music playing. Just over half the bathrooms not working and cold showers with lines that were out of the world. Absolut terrible experience for 40£. Absolutely terrible.
