Review of This Is Tmrw presents Future Days: Saturday
Really enjoyed the festival. Only improvement would be to open a litle bit before the first act. Doors opened at the time the first act was meant to be on. Then music techs struggled all festival to get acts set up and ready.
I would recommend having some small or solo acts on in between all bands but this would have failed as the main acts didn't start on time. Thought the venue was excellent and you should do something twice a year

A really good day. Good range of music and enough room in the venue not to have a 'stuck in a shoe box' feel. Good staff behind the bar too, so not long queuing for a beer. The PA engineers didn't seem to be on their game with challenges with mics not being fixed quickly enough giving the Bill RJ sound engineer and the band a pain in the neck they didn't need. The lighting engineers seemed more interested in eating chips than putting a decent light show on for the bands trying to make their way up the tree. Apart from that, all good so "thanks" and "yes chef".

Price of the ticket was really good and really liked the venue too! Gruff and Squid were both fabulous! But there were negatives...a half an hour queue to get in, apparently because of sound-checking. So why did we miss the whole of Rozi Plain's set then when we arrived at 4.00? Didn't buy that explanation! Drink and food outlets had a monopoly and were very expensive...£6 a pint and £5 for chips. Work needs to be done on some things.

Main stage area was great. The second stage area was not so good. It could have done with more choice of food stalls, but the line up was amazing!! Well done.

Although the festival was late opening and I missed Rozi Plain, which was very disappointing, the other bands were amazing especially Billy Ryder-Jones and Gruff Rhys.
Ran out of beer which was a bit pricey at £6 per can but overall it was great
