Absolutely fantastic but was very let down by going VIP I booked VIP as on crutches so thought everything would be more accessible but I was wrong and if wanted to sit down it was in the bloom bar out of the way of the main event. Everyone was using the disabled toilet also so I had to wait over 20 mins each time.

Over priced drinks tokens when all the drinks ran out so had no choice what to drink by 9pm, only 1 disabled toilet that was being used by everyone and not managed so my partner had to wait in line when she had a card for it, no veggie options for food and the line for food was an hour minimum then told that we had to cue in a different one for chips.. apart from this the venue was lovely on the beach and the music was great and nostalgic which was amazing

When entering, we were met with security and sniffer dogs. This was fine, but taking every item out of my bag and making comments wasn’t really needed. A smile would have gone a long way, I felt like a bit of a criminal and it’s not a good greeting - almost threw the mood a little..

Well the mood was then completely thrown when you had to purchase your drink tokens. 4 for £25. So, premium prices, premium drinks?
No. A nice warm can of fosters.
No tap water. Why? It was a hot day and this is poor. But it’s ok, because you could get bottled water for a drink token. 2 bottles actually, how generous.
If I heard another one of your bar staff saying ‘I know, I’m sorry, it’s daylight robbery’ I would have screamed. You would have known that this would cause upset and these people were taking the brunt of it. Hope you paid them more than minimum wage - but you probably didn’t.

The loos were foul. No toilet roll, couldn’t wash your hands, used condoms all over and they absolutely stank. I felt sorry for my shoes. Could have just kept them clean, really. Your event, your responsibility.

I can’t really comment on the music because I left early. But I hope lessons are learned. Feel absolutely robbed and disappointed. Definitely would not recommend.

A good event, weather was fabulous! Drinks were extortionate £25 for 4 tokens, 1 can of fosters = 1 token!

There was nothing VIP about the VIP. The way you had to buy tickets for drinks was ridiculously expensive for very poor quality and choice of drink.

Paid extra for VIP but other than a wristband didn’t seem to get any for this (I saw plenty of people using toilets/seats/bars that we were told was VIP).
Drinks ridiculously overpriced , I can understand the idea behind the tokens but to charge me the same price for lukewarm soft drinks as spirits is another level. Along with cans of Fosters that you can buy a 4 pack from the supermarket for the same price as 1 token. A cashless bar with blooms usual prices would have been better (worked well coming out of covid restrictions)

No special guests there, street food was poor burgers and hotdogs. Cashless system, tokens 1 for 1 drink £5 for a bottle of water! A rip off. Ran out of drink at the bar, so cans of beer only, no lemonade, ice machine broke.

Not a great experience at all very disappointed total rip off regarding cost of drinks . Very poor organisation staff off hand and miserable left early would not recommend to anyone

The event itself was grate, I wouldn't recommend going to Blackpool. We received emails advising what's prohibited and drink will be avaliable. We went through security to be confronted by a lady who was complaining. They failed to mention you have to buy drink tokens. £25 for 4 tokens. If you wanted a double it would be 2 tokens. Therefore your paying £25 for two drinks. We asked for a glass of water because it was so hot, this wasn't avaliable. You could use 1 drink token for two bottles of water. The price is disgusting. We ended up asking for cups of ice and waiting for it to melt to have a drink. We were sat near where you buy your drinks tokens, we watched everyone's face when they told them the price and how many drinks you get. We didn't get to see the orchestra, we left early and went along the front where you could buy two rounds of drinks for less then £25. There were 6 of us.

Ran out of cider snd wine. Queues massive and overcrowded. Music started off well but orchestra very disappointing snd some tracks nothing like ibiza. V stressful

No handwashing facilities also I don't drink alcohol and had to spend £25 on vouchers just to get 2 bottles of water per voucher. I could get a bottle for £1 in most shops.

A complete joke!! Paid for VIP tickets and paid extra for this! All for what???? Proper toilets?? And then get hassled in their by a man wanting £5 to charge you for resuming up!!! Joke! Vouchers 4 for £25 one ticket for an alcoholic drink or Diet C**e or bottle of water!! Couldn’t go out to come back in!! So disappointed!! Not a happy bunny and will never attend this or anything like this again!! Up yours!!!!😱😱👎🏻👎🏻

The drinks were so expensive. You couldn’t buy them individually. I didn’t use all my tickets so it was just a waste of money. There was only one food stall which took half an hour to queue up to. The chips were half cooked. There was no really great atmosphere, most people looked like they were on drugs. I feel that the money I paid was not worth it at all.

A total and utter rip off - didn’t deliver what they marketed. I bought VIP tickets - which turned out to be a really nice bar area but was no way VIP. Everyone had bought VIP tickets, it was 4 deep at the bar - 25 minutes to be served. The bar staff were all stressed out and telling customers that there were 6000 people there and 50 bar staff. People complaining about the awful slow service. One member of staff had to leave the bar to unlock the disabled toilet - why did it need to be locked? Discrimination. Queues for the toilets were long. It was like a very bad seedy nightclub. People were starting to become aggressive because of the queues for the bar:. Entry was not good, security were rude, I understand the need for checks but they were aggressive and impatient. Demanding that I open a sunglasses case and my purse so that they could see what was inside: I was treated like a criminal - and that’s just the entry!!! On entry people were forced to buy drinks tokens - 4 for £25!!!!! We all expect to pay a bit over the odds at events but this was just day light robbery - especially when you couldn’t get served at the bar. So they’ve got your money but you can’t get the drinks that you’ve paid for. Just a joke. The draft taps were all covered up with black bin bags until the bar ran out of most drinks - and ice!!! That was around 5pm - so there was still 6 hours to go . It felt like they had completely rammed in as many people as they could, took the money and knew that they couldn’t deliver what they were supposed to. The marketing said ‘amazing’ street food. It was one stall of dodgy burgers etc that also had a massive queue. It was so bad that we left after 2 hours. Totally disorganised, aggressive staff - a complete rip off.

Event organisation absolutely shocking, lots of other comments regarding VIP and bar tickets. VIP waste of money, still queuing for drinks, which you needed tokens for (god only knows why card and cash not accepted?! ) and queues for toilets unacceptable. Website detailed food stalls were at the event so chose not to eat beforehand. Queued an hour for food to be told when I got to the front no veggie option left, and then had to wait 15 further minutes for some undercooked over priced chips! Left very early. I have never been to an event so poorly organised and will be complaining, when I’ve looked at the complaints process today, I have to do do this in writing. Why can’t I email? Will not be returning, that’s for sure!
