Review of Ibiza Proms on the Pier at Blackpool Pier
Great music in a brilliant setting. It would have been even better if there were more staff on the drinks tokens stand and that there were more than one card reader. This would then reduce the amount of time queuing. Similarly, there should be more bar staff on to reduce the need to queue for a second time once you'd bought your tokens. Also, the bars need to have enough stock as it seems odd that they ran out of lager and wine by about 9pm! Finally, the drinks should be chilled and have ice where appropriate; my warm wine and then room temp gin and tonic where horrible! However, the setting, music and atmosphere made up for all of this and we all had a great time.

Great music.
Toilets inadequate and insufficient for male and female.
Drinks expensive with no soft drinks cheaper option for drivers. Also bars run out of options within 2 hours and as night wore on only spirits left so we ended up with extra tokens. Great event but bar and toilets let it down.

After my friend fell in the room during a seizure and banging her head, we arrived after 6pm doors closing but the doormen were completely understanding and let us in. I am so grateful to them as we both had a great time

£25 for 4 440ml cans is absolutely shocking and over 18 event and lots of young kids in there. Also it felt like summer time sat on the pier but this time we had to pay the price.
Music was good and atmosphere but pretty disappointed to be fair.

Review of Ibiza Proms on the Pier at Blackpool Pier
The music was brilliant - especially the orchestra. I purchased a VIP ticket which was not worth the extra money at all. VIP was oversold, the queues for VIP toilets and bar was ridiculous and they run out of a lot of drinks. Plus the queue to enter was longer for VIP than standard - so much for having queue jump. The drink token system didn’t work - it ended up costing the same for a soft drink as it did for alcohol - £6.30 for a lemonade was not good. Also, you had to but in sets so you couldn’t have the exact number you wanted - it just didn’t work. The event was great and I’d go again but defo don’t bother with VIP!!

Paid for VIP, queued for over 45 mins for first drink, not enough staff on…they’d run out of ice and then ran out of tonic water. It was better at the general bar!

Can’t believe how much I paid for two vip tickets for what we actually got - very unimpressed - very long wait for the bar - no effort made - only a couple of weeks Ibiza classics
Will complain further to management

Review of Ibiza Proms on the Pier at Blackpool Pier
Having to que constantly for tokens then the bar. The prices were extortionate £25 for 4 drinks is a total rip off. Everyone I knew left early due to the prices of tokens and drinks. The loos had no hand sanitizer in them. Overall not a great experience which is a shame as I love music events.

Loved the event but not worth paying extra for vip as nothing more gained in experience or access. Not enough food stands either. That said, really enjoyed the event.

Review of Ibiza Proms on the Pier at Blackpool Pier
The event it self was excellent - the drink choices were an absolute joke & extortionate , 4 drink tickets for £25 and the choices were shocking, cans of fosters, cheap wine , no fizz, no decent vodka.
You were a captive audience and it was a rip off .
The music was brilliant, the dj’s were fab., but the drinks took the shine off the event.

Review of Ibiza Proms on the Pier at Blackpool Pier
Shocking drink prices and queues, not as advertised having to purchase drinks tokens, £6.25 for a small can of fosters, VIP a total waste of money, food was awful, over priced and just warmed up, all in all a very poor expensive experience but am sure the organisers are laughing all the way to the bank
