overall was a great day with great music and atmosphere. I was very disappointed with the drinks ticketing system as this wasn't pointed out beforehand. £25 for 4 drinks tickets and the only lager offering being fosters is scandalous. Also think the porterloos could have done with being checked and cleaned, not nice

poorly organised and very overpriced for drinks. spent 37 pounds each for tickets and couldnt afford to drink on there all day. 6.25 for a can of fosters is daylight robbery!massive shame as could have been a great event especially given the weather.

The line up and acts were amazing. The VIP was pointless as usual t only got you access to a speared bar which soon ran out of drinks. Not enough toilets. No area for VIP for concert.
However it was an amazing event that needs a few finer details

brilliant vibes, safe open air venue. food choice was poor and paying £25 for tokens when you only drink pop and then paying 1 token for a pint of a warm £1.25 bottle of diet c**e is ridiculous. other then that, the staff were great, the music was awesome and the right kind of people attended.

Badly organised event.
It could of and should of been slot better.
Organisers hang your head in shame.
VIP was a waste of money. Slow bar service. You got served faster at all the other bars. The VIP ran out of toilet paper halfway through the event. Constant Q's for the ladies 20 to 30 deep
Litter every where no glass collectors. It cost for 4 drinks vouchers for £25
I don't mind paying but £6.25 a drink is a rip off. Drinks vouchers don't work guys especially at that price.
Ran out of white wine, desperados and lager on tap by 8.45pm. Music was average nothing to special. Overall I won't be back.

to many people packed in. it was only good if you were near the front, otherwise you couldn't see anything and it got boring.

Music and atmosphere were brilliant. Drink tickets were over priced for some drinks but to be expected. VIP wasn't great as the bar was still really busy with long queue times and the toilets were also too busy so the VIP was pointless and everyone we spoke to had the same complaints .

Very poorly organised. Told one thing on the website and another at the venue. Website said that all bars were fully stocked and would take cash or card. Instead you had to buy strips of 4 (minimum) drinks tokens (which you had to queue up for) for £25, then queue up at the bars for a drink. Not cool 😡 Wasn't any separation for VIP ticket holders, so a bit of a rip-off paying the extra money. drinks were incredibly expensive and food choices (2 stalls) was atrocious and the service terrible. Such a pity, as the superb weather should have made it an amazing event, but considering all the above, we left WELL EARLY and got fresh fish and chips (for 3 of us) and a bottle of champagne to watch the sunset instead, for less than the cost of 4 cans (440ml) of beer in the venue 😔

could have been on a better place ,it was a bit run down The price for drink was a joke £6:50 for a CAN of Fosters ,when you can 18 for £14 at the supermarket rip off

The entire event was badly organized. over subscription of a VIP area so long waits for bars / toilets. They forced you to buy drink vouchers at 4 for £25 making it £6.25 a drink and the bar ran out of almost everything including ice. Only one food stall which was not gluten free and re-entry to the event was not permitted. the VIP area had no views of either stage. litter was everywhere. I'd like a refund

Too many drunken yobs and very over packed i assumed the orchestra event would have been a seated event after the djs not very well orginised especially for disabled

The orchestra bit was the best. Some good music was played and the sunshine made the venue good, but there was nothing VIP about the VIP tickets. They were a rip off. Overall had a good date night with my hubby

Drinks where very expensive at £6.25 a drink. I feel I got nothing fir the VIP tickets except for one bar and that was it. The sound quality was also very bad.
