Review of Beyond Submergence
Billed as a calming and mindful experience, it was ruined by many noisy children running around screaming and hitting the lights. If you want the nice experience then go to a session for adults only. The staff are now trying to put these on.

Review of Beyond Submergence
If assume that to really feel the full experience of light and sound, you would need a level of background silence. 65% of visitors were toddlers abd small kids, it was too noisy to truly experience the show. I would have happily selected a time just for adults, if this was an option. Not worth moves unless you looking for somewhere that kids can run feral.

Review of Beyond Submergence
A shame that there were noisey children running around for the first 30 minutes, but good experience once they left! Music could have been a bit more inventive and varied. Loved the idea of light and sound together in one bulb.

Review of Beyond Submergence
Really enjoyed this installation, it was so immersive and something really different. Great that there is lots of on free street parking and lovely to have so much space inside for the kids to move around and enjoy it too. However it was so expensive for a family (even with the family ticket) especially as our children really only wanted to stay for an hour, and even that was with snack bribes! The table tennis and colouring in the lovely big bar area was a nice touch and helped keep them occupied a bit longer, but it ended up being a very expensive trip for a short amount of time which would make me hesitate to come again. It’s a shame as I love to let them experience different things, especially arts related.

Review of Beyond Submergence
£20 (incl.booking fee) was too expensive for what you get. The light installations were good but there were only 4...the rest of the warehouse was really spa**e and lacked any atmosphere or ambience.... The space could have been used for more and better. The beanbag area was just a few beanbags thrown on a cold floor...there should have been more. Also, a friend went to the slot half an hour before us and said that the music built through each installation, which came to life one at a time. When we went through, however, they all seemed to be on at the same time.with no real building experience or gradual immersion. Either way, it was only half an hour which should have cost around £10 max. I expected a LOT more for £20.

Review of Beyond Submergence
The installation itself was impressive but the experience was spoiled for us by half a dozen children running around in an uncontrolled fashion, which for us really ruined the atmosphere and the ability to immerse in the experience. Tickets were not cheap so this was quite a disappointment. We could have gone round again, but it looked like at least some of the children were staying to do the same - and we were limited on time. This was mid-afternoon on a Sunday - so we'd strongly recommend going for an alternative time slot where this is less likely to be a problem.
