I only wanted a water as was really dehydrated in the sun, I had to queue for almost an hour whilst people pushed in and just walked to the front of the bar queue. None of the food stalls were allowed to sell cold soft drinks.
The attitude of some of the bar staff was awful too.
Later when I had. drink, £6 for a can of larger that was only just cold - not the best.
The stage set up was not as good as last year, the smaller stage was dreadful as the sound from the main stage drowned out the sound from the smaller stage
I'm glad I didn't pay for VIP, it's looked pants!
A good lot of DJs but David Morales - what was he playing? Hence why I gave a 3.

The drinks were very expensive. You spent most of your time quing for them. It was made longer by having one long que and you then had 4 rows to go through before you got to the bar. The tent sound system was better than the main stage. One DJ played 4 sets instead of having other DJS play and different choices of tunes. A lot were repeated. The que to get in was massive but did go down at a good pace.. They stated that water would be free to take a reusable bottle. No water taps. Water Cans behind the bar were supposed to be free charged £3.

I don’t know if we will go again.
There was nowhere to get water.
We had to go to the first aid tent to ask.
The queues for the bar were a joke.
£6.50 for a can of warm red stripe is disgusting.

The overall event was great, brilliant artists the music was spot on , great atmosphere. Only down side was the queue for the bars. There was two big bars but they could definitely done with more. Water stations were promised to filll bottles but in reality it was canned water at the bar (no cost) but you still had to queue. 8/10 if the bars were better it would have been 10/10

Had a fantastic day and hacienda was well worth the wait...only disappointment was there were no other live acts like last year and more food venues would have been better but overall a fantastic day
