Where to start! In all my years going to concerts/gigs I have never experienced anything like last night it was truly horrendous, I attended the event with my 2 friends and 2 daughters aged 22 and 19 the 5 of us felt so uncomfortable and just couldn’t wait to leave (which we did at 9.25pm!)
After queuing for over an hour to get in we found a drink/drug fuelled environment which felt like a ticking time bomb about to explode, totally overcrowded we couldn’t even see the stage and so we decided to leave so that we weren’t stuck leaving with everyone else. A total waste of money, the worst unorganised venue I have ever visited and a very unsafe environment… it has really put me off attending future events

Becky hill was great, enjoyed the set she did, although the set was quite short.

The venue on the other hand was really unorganised, we queued 45 minutes to get in and the queue for the toilets was over 30 minutes before the gig started. When we were going in others were already leaving due to the queues inside. The queue for the bar was fine as no one wanted to risk having a drink and then need the toilet. Hannah wants was a great warm up but unfortunately she finished half hour before becky hill started so the atmosphere dropped significantly before she came on. Would have been better if they had run into each other to keep the atmosphere.

Show was great. Venue was a complete shambles. People urinating themselves in the toilet line because the queues took so long and couldn't hold it any longer. A lot of the team were rude. £7.50 for a can of seltzer was madness. Would not attend the venue again

The venue was well over sold loads over under aged girls drinking fighting going on I would never attend the place again felt very unsafe in the place

Venue was awful one way in one way out.
Took forever to get in and forever to get out! Was quite stressful getting out with my daughter.
No internet to load the tickets
Not enough toilets queues were ridiculous thereby didn't buy a drink all night to avoid the toilet queues
Rubbish merchandise left
Been to loads of concerts in loads of venues and by far this was the worst.
Overall disappointed

Becky Hill was fab, however, venue couldn't accommodate enough toilets for the attendance. Atmosphere wasn't the best, a lot of fights, and unnecessary confrontations.

Music was fab however the venue was way overcrowded not enough members of staff or security and 1000% over priced. I was made to put my perfume and underarm in the bin when walking through security however this is understandable but I still was not happy with this as the toilets were right by the security area so while waiting for a family member to use the toilet I could see the security man that took the perfume off me going to pocket it to take home 🤬 very overcrowded and loads of fighting and not enough security to sort it out. Definitely won't be going to this venue again !

Far too many people with less than adequate facilities

Aged 6+ event but children couldn't see anything unless at front and there were too many people in the venue pushing to get to front it wasn't safe for children, moved my son & I towards the back as didn't feel safe

Ended up leaving early to ensure we got out safely before there was a crush of people being forced out of a bottleneck exit in the dark

Sam Ryder & McFly were great! Ht let down by the venue which needs rethinking if being used for large events

The event was very poorly organised, with so little security, getting in and out was terrible. There were huge fights which there wasn't the security to deal with, and then with a huge brawl at the end whilst everyone was pushing to get out, and again, security was no where to be seen. With very few toilets for such a crowd, the queue was never less than 30 minutes long.

The worst concert venue I've attended.

They wouldn't let me in for half hour saying my ticket wouldn't work the man had never heard of Skiddle. About 1000 queingfor about 40 toilets . Had to leave so I can go for a wee a not allowed back in. Rubbish

Very expensive food with crazy long ques. No big screens so difficult to see what was happening on the stage and staff not believing us when we they asked my sons age so two tickets not even used as they turned us away. Not very happy
