It was a great atmosphere until Becky Hill was due to come on and everyone pushed forward - standard.
Some young's ones next to us using drugs wasn't best to see when i'm with my daughter especially when there are sniffer dogs...
All in all though good time was had!

We were near the front and it was crammed, we were pushed in, couldn't move at all. The artist was miles away, she even made a comment on it, it was unnecessary. Need to be organised better.

What we could hear of Becky hill was ok, outdoor venues need to be loud, and it was certainly not. We were only around 20-30 metres from the speaker stacks and it was honestly quiet… for some reason the venue sets the crowd about 20 metres from the stage so the entire felt a bit weird and even Becky hill said that herself.

Idiots who had clearly been in there all day drinking and probably (obviously) taking drugs really spoiled the entire show for a lot of people by fighting and causing problems where there really was no need. I blame this on the venue though as it enabled this to happen.

There were around 2,500 people too many in the venue given the size. The access is honestly dreadful!. How many venues do you enter through one single gate at the front of the venue? Just this one…. This is just stupid, especially when they close off all access from the other side of the Cardiff bay barrage. There was a massive crush at one point (within the last 15 mins) luckily no one was hurt, but the staff would not open the massive gates to let everyone out safely. Despite many people saying they needed too to stop the crush.

Security were completely pointless. They were all too busy chatting at the entry gate. Then when trouble kicked off they wander like a lost child through the crowd and when they get to the incident, due to most of them being 20 year old girls, they have no clue what to do and literally run away…. Absolutely shocking!

Would never go back to a gig at then venue! Not even if someone was to pay me to go!

AVOID VENUE AT ALL COSTS! Ruined my experience with over crowded! Very dangerous place! Do not bring your children here! There was fighting! Minimum security! Women and children felt really unsafe! Over an hour wait for the toilets which resulted in women urinating over themselves. THIS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED!!! This venue have lost so much people! Money before peoples saftey!!!

Really enjoyed this event, Becky Hill was incredible! Plenty of food / drink stalls but prices were disgusting! £18 for chips, cheese and gravy and 3 chicken nuggets! £7.20 for a small can of cider! Toilet facilities were terrible as well- the queues were miles long- we even witnessed people peeing on the floor (ladies & gents) because they just couldn't hold it in long enough to reach the toilets! A venue hosting events with large numbers of people needs more toilet facilities!

Becky hill was awful and so was the event as a whole. Was there for 7 hours before Becky hill even came on for 1 hour to be on stage talking most of the time not even singing - some of her support acts were atrocious and were on for 2.5 hours. Extremely disappointed and won't go to anything like that again. My ticket was named BECKY HILL I paid for her and no one else. Left half way through as it was just crap.

Becky hill was amazing but the actual running of the event wash shocking. 20 toilets for 50k people, all security when you arrive but not enough during the show, it was over packed and dangerous

Amazing!! Really enjoyed it felt very safe, great food/drink options and eeasonable prices. Loved that it was concert not mucky grass. Acts were great!! Would pay to do it all over again

Nothing against Becky Hill
But please stop using Alexandra head and employ more security and lower the capacity. Won't be going to another bay series after last night. Nearly got punched several times for just trying to move to the centre of the crowd to stay with my friends and then again for just wanting to leave like every other person. Also broken glass everywhere? Your sniffer dogs had me body searched over coins in my pocket nobody looked in my bag though. Concentrate more on people's bags than dogs sniffing pockets. People could have got glassed thanks to that. My friend wants to report the company to HSE because lack of toilets medics and security.

couldn't really see the gig .. could do with screens around the venue .. prices were absolutely extortionate .. beer variety was crap and well over priced for a couple of cans
