Becky Hill is an absolute better, love her so much, she was fab. The venue could have been better! There should have been a lot more seating at Alexandra Head, we were sat on the floor on concrete for a bit and would have loved a seat!!! Upgraded to VIP for a nice toilet too as the queues for the portaloos were so long!!

The venue was absolute rubbish, not enough toilet facilities for the amount of tickets sold to people. The queues were crazy! Lovely food selection and drinks. Becky hill, Charlotte Plank and Carla Monroe…. Amazing

acts were brilliant and made up for the poor choice of venue. terrible venue, 1 road in and out. queue in was terrific and leaving was no better. poor choice of venue and would not book this venue again no matter who was there.

Good atmosphere however the barriers for the crowd seemed to be so far from the stage, even if you were at the front you were still really far away! Even the artists commented on how far away the crowd was. Sound quality was excellent though and a good vibe.

Terribly organised. Took far too long to get into the venue, crowding at the side of the stage, had to battle through to get past the crowds to somewhere we could see and breathe. Accessibility (as a neurodivergent) was poor. When I saw Biffy there a few years ago, I had no such complaint

It seems like little to no thought was put into accessibility for this venue. Outrageously poor parking arrangements and a 15 min walk for disabled, from a parking space assigned to disabled that was just a standard width parking space. How is that supposed to be accessible? We left prior to the final song so we could beat the crowd and on our return we were told we couldn't drive off until the crowd quietened down (there was a handful of people on the road as it wasn't even the end of the show). Myself and partner are in extreme pain today as a direct result of the pathetic accessibility arrangements. Absolutely inexcusable in 2024.

Worse place I’ve ever been for a gig. Shambolic entrance, security must have thought there was going to be chaos!!
They were a joke causing us to wait for an hour to get into the soulless, shambolic dump!!
Not enough toilets , vendors were a joke. No one at the bar as not surprised with how much they charged!! These people must think we are mugs!!

Mcfly and support acts were great, however it was a good 10 meters from barrier to stage if not more, even the bands commented on how far away the audience were. That was disappointing even the 'VIP' audience were no where near the stage.

£6 for a small can of cider was overpriced, so we didn't buy more.
The toilets were clean and security on the way in was fine too.

However the walk from the bay to Alexandra head was a decent 15-20 min walk which wasn't advertised, and although we managed it, our feet were killing by the end of the evening.

Overall, if mcfly hadn't have been so awesome the gig wouldn't have been as good as it was.

Had a lovely night. Only problem was it not being clear there were 2 sets of toilets so everyone was queuing for one set all night and needed to tell people to move to the left side more as the right by the food and drinks was crammed all night. Maybe a clear path to the toilets and amenities would be better next time.
