Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Kendal Calling
This review doesn't appear to have anything to do with the club class facilities. Mine & my husbands experience was not good. We were given the wrong bands to wear so couldn't access the toilets in the arena. Never used one. Stood in a queue for the showers but was told by people coming out that they were in such a state that they were then having to clean their feet separately. Very poor facilities considering it was £80 for 2 of us & we never used them. Will not recommend & won't use again.
Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Kendal Calling
Absolutely disgusted! We have been totally ripped off! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! To call your facilities luxurious is the biggest lie ever told. If I had paid £5 for a wknd pass I could probably stomach it but over £30 is utterly appalling!

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Kendal Calling
Not worth the money. Hours of queuing for a shower which was muddy and no dry area to get dressed so felt dirty again anyway. I was glad for the toilets but husband found the gents toilets were blocked, overflowing, or smeered with s**t.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Kendal Calling
The mud was never cleared. It was dangerous going up the toilet stairs and into the shower blocks. There was a lack of toilet roll on several occasions. Hairdryers and straighteners were great. Thete shouldof been chippings put down all over to soak the mud up. I saw several accidents from slips.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Kendal Calling
Very poor experience: a lot of the toilets did not flush. Many of them did not have toilet roll in them.Everything was absolutely covered in mud- they insisted you took off outdoor shoes to go in the showers and changing rooms which would have been absolutely fine except quite clearly a lot of people didn't. The changing rooms therefore were ankle deep in mud so my feet were dirtier when I left than when I arrived. The surfaces in the pamper lounge were absolutely filthy. On Saturday the queue for the showers was absolutely ridiculous- I do appreciate they would be busy in the morning but this was 1pm, at a time that they describe as off peak. I clearly understand that Kendal calling was very very muddy but I think there was a lot more they could have done to make this area cleaner.
Would not recommend at all and very very overpriced.
Review of Kendal Calling 2017
The glow tent was far too small for the amount of people trying to get in when the more popular people were on this was causing frustration to those who couldn't get in and see who they wanted . The grounds were really muddy and boggy and it made a mess of everything so unfortunately I didn't finish the weekend due to everything being covered in mud. It rained a lot this year too other than that the first few days were ok

Things I think would improve it:
More water points in the campsite
Be able to take a small amount of your own alcohol in the arena (because you can't we stay at our tents longer)
The club class this year is appalling compared to other years. Way too busy and disgusting inside as the flooring hasn't adapted for the weather... waste of money and I won't bother again

Great idea and good staff doing their best, but sadly the mud made their job impossible. Coming out of the shower and walking on mud before putting boots on isn't ideal. Couldn't really call it club class - sorry
