We came a few years ago and it was in one of the parlours and was magical. I know we booked a sen session but I didn't realise that meant no magic.
The male elf was amazing but the rest just wasn't and we were really disappointed to be honest.

Don't book after 3. You simply get rushed through and turfed out. Then told if you want to see the hall you need to come another day as they close at 4

It was our first time at Astley Hall for a santa experience and we thought it was absolutely fantastic. Can't recommend this enough, we will definitely be here for next year too! Thank you so much :)

When we arrived we were asked to wait in a side room which was tiny, full of people and very cramped. Then they call your child through to see Santa. We arrived 10 minutes early, but as time went on I saw children being called through that arrived well after us. I mentioned this and it turned out we had been missed. It kind of takes the magic away when you have to remind them of your booking time.
We eventually went to see Santa. He was lovely as was the room he was in, however I wasn't impressed when he told my son he was on the mischievous list and then didn't rectify this by saying he was joking or som**hing.
I know the experience wasn't very expensive and I didn't have high hope about the gift but my 9 year old son received a fact book about cats. He was very disappointed. I'm not expecting a luxurious gift but a puzzle book or selection Box would have been better.

This was probably our last visit to Santa as my son will be 10 next year so it was a shame his last visit was such a disappointment. We won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend it.

The most festive experience, from start to finish. Warm & welcoming with a lovely Santa & cute gift. Astley hall is absolutely beautiful, we loved it! We'll book again next year for sure. Well done to all that created such a magical experience.

After we were left disappointed by another event cancelling, the lovely staff at Astley saved us. It was a lovely few hours and our girls really enjoyed it. You get what you pay for, it's very reasonably priced. We felt the Santa had a lovely demeanour and made us all laugh. It was a very pretty setting, we enjoyed the decorations and history of the hall after. Then we ended with lunch at the cafe. Thank you to Sean & Charlotte.
