There was a problem with access in and out of the auditorium area, due to there not being any gangways incorporated in the audience. A lot of people were having problems getting out to go to the toilet at the interval and during the performance. This needs to be addressed before next year's concert

Really great, friendly people. Knowledgable of the old hall and its history. Santa & everyone involved were really helpful and patient. My grandson was a little you d to be honest and not overly keen but the people there were really good trying to encourage him to participate whilst he was having none of it. I on the other hand really enjoyed and will be back form more next year when hopefully my little grandson will also be more receptive. All in all a great experience Thank you.

It was nice meeting Santa in the Great Hall, but a shame we couldn't upstairs to find the twelve days of christmas.
We had a nice time making memories with my grandchildren at Astley Hall.

For the price it is a lovely little experience. The hall is set out beautifully, the staff are friendly and welcoming and there are a couple of little activities you can do before seeing Santa.

A lovely experience seeing Santa in Astley Hall which is beautiful and magical at Christmas. Story time in the library was a lovely experience. Will be booking again next year as my grandchildren loved it.
