It was mayhem, dangerous and poorly ran . Especially when there was children there . We left after 20 mins . Over priced drinks for what was meant to be a family friendly event

Concept was great but left slightly disappointed. Bouncy castles were too small for volume of children and not being managed properly. Colouring area ran out of paper. Missed a trick not selling glow sticks etc and not doing games for kids.

Absolutely awful, dangerous event. I will be emailing for a full refund. Not what was advertised at all! We had to leave after half an hour as someone was going to get hurt and you couldn't move with how many people they had cramped in, just awful and such a let down for the children.

Awful event, just crammed kids and adults into a room with decorations and a few bits of kids "entertainment". Health and safety hazard with kids running around and barely any lights, no staff around

It was very badly organised. We arrived at the venue at just past 14:00, (the event started at 14:00), and there was a very long queue to get in as only one person was checking the tick*ts. By the time we managed to get inside, it was 14:30. The venue was over crowded and was not safe for toddlers - looked like a lot of parents felt the same and lots of them left within half an hour.
Although I enjoyed the selection of music, the DJ was not engaging at all and no one was actually dancing which was disappointing.
Our son got face painting and the quality was disappointing too.
Additionally, men's toilets were absolutely filthy. One of the cubicles was covered in poo.

Absolutely awful event, disorganised mess and way too loud. It was pitch black and overcrowded to say the least. It was more of a money making scheme! Definitely not what was sold to us when booking.

Absolutely awful event. Far too loud, really dirty & not family friendly at all! So disappointed as we had high hopes for this event and had been looking forward to it for a while! We will not be returning to this venue for any events. Over promised and most definitely under delivered.

Loads of kids screaming and petrified due to music being so loud to a point loads of people left within first half an hour even once they had turns music down ever so slightly really poor experience

Tick*ts were reasonably cheap, £1 for a small bag of haribo is ridiculous. Venue over packed, too small Venue led to a lot of people leaving early very unhappy. I also think it was very over sold, it sounded better than it was

This was a complete waste of time! The event was not at all as described, and it was absolutely not suitable for kids. The advertising made it seem fun and family-friendly, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for a kid-appropriate activity or product. Disappointed and wouldn't revisit.

Over booked, too many people in venue, basically unsafe for children.. we did not stay and would not go to another event at this venue it was all about making money for the venue never mind kids having a nice time

As I arrived there were literally crowds of people leaving and warning me not to go in because of how overcrowded, loud and disappointing it was. Overall a waste of time.

Hi was absolutely awful and a complete waste of money. Was unorganised chaos was better for the older kids to dance but that's it - bouncy castle we're for children no older than 5/6, arts and craft section was pitch black everything using torch on phone to see pictures but couldn't do it anyway as was packed, no seating area what so ever, no pushchair allowed which caused chaos as so many of us with babies and this was not told to you. I would like a refund on this event as absolutely ruined my sons 1st bday

Wasn't suitable for younger children. Very dark and music was very loud, with club anthems rather than Halloween music. A lot of people, felt like they had oversold tick*ts. Hard to move around the space. Bouncy castles unauthorised so at one point there was around 12 kids on them, with some kids getting jumped on. We left after 10minutes and saw a number of people leave with younger children.

This was a chaotic mess. No safe and healthy for kids, an absolute shambles. Nothing professional about it. Everything was an accident waiting to happen.
