Terrible organisation with too many people . It was not set up the way it was advertised and kids were left to run free in a dark room with no direction from the dj. Bouncy castle had too many kids on top, no apple bopping like advertised and no games. Disappointed and had to leave after 30 mins. Will be asking for a refund.

From the moment we arrived, it seemed a bit of a shambles. Door staff just wondering around seeming to not know what's going on.. then the lady (I presume organiser) came out in her fluffy slippers and vaping 5 minutes late with a huge cue of people waiting to get in with no organisation of what was the front or back of the cue. When we got inside to the dark, smelly, mould ridden venue we went to look for somewhere to store our coats, kids bottles, bags and couldn't find anywhere at all. No seats to be found unless they were in the kids colouring section that had no lights so parents were holding their lights on phones so they could see, and our daughters had to share coloring paper as they had ran out. Two bouncy castles that I'm honestly surprised a child did not leave with a broken leg or neck. I wouldn't dream of letting my 2 year old there as she would of just been squished by the other 15 children crammed on there just also trying to have fun. We got my other daughters face painted, by the 1 lady face painting with again, no light so had someone holding a light for her.. Bad music and absolutely the wrong choice for a kids party, no entertainment, just a dj playing music for 2 hours. Organiser walking around vaping inside at the 'kids' party. As I stood watching my child try to draw in pitch black pretty much, I looked at where they were serving food, it was absolutely disgusting . Quite disappointing and waste of money.

My daughter had a wonderful time st the event the music and decor was great ,the venue was about dirty and old but other then that a great outing.

Awful experience. Oversold tick*ts so there were too many people in a small space. Border line dangerous. Wasn't able to keep a safe eye on child. Music too loud. Children hated it.

Everything was not child friendly. The cue to enter was not organised, having cue on both sides, they didn't bother to check bags or checking the tick*ts properly. The music was so loud that in 20 minutes more than half the party was gone, when they placed the music down you didn't had any entretainement for the kids. The inflatables had no control, nothing from the DJ and kids bar with not many offer and really expensive for what it was. We have stayed less than 35 minutes just waiting for the party to actually start and we left as the kids thought it was awful. Unfortunately I can't see where I can get my money back, as it was so bad we couldn't enjoy.

This event was more for adults than it was kids. There was an open bar, which I didn't find appropriate. The music was more adult themed. The venue was too small for the amount of tick*ts sold, and felt chaotic. There was areas for colouring, but had no light, so the kids couldn't see what they were doing. Everything was card, which as a disabled person I do not like.

Absolutely rammed. Double the amount of people that should have been in there for a kids event. No health and safety on the bouncy castles or soft play area, kids of all ages in all parts, so I'm sure there were injuries. I felt completely overwhelmed trying to keep sight of my two children as the room was absolutely heaving. The music was far too loud for the first half an hour, both of my children were upset as it was too loud. Food wasn't included and was an extra charge which I think is outrageous when I paid £43 for one of the worst events I've ever taken my kids to. It just felt like pure greed to pack the venue that much, it didn't feel safe and it wasn't a nice experience! Not enough for them to do and nowhere to sit down. The only option was stand on the dance floor and be pushed shoved by other parents as it was so packed!

So loud children were coming out crying. It was meant to be a CHILDS party. Oh and we waited half an hour in the cold to get in. Not one person there said it was good.

Horrendous event. Kids were not truly thought about. Broken bottles outside the venue, very dark, music so loud that kids were crying, covering their ears, adults couldn't hear each other talk. They finally turned the music down about 45 mins after the event started but by then a lot of people had left. Two bouncy castle but no age restrictions so little toddlers trying to bounce alongside much older kids, my toddler was in tears. Baby soft play area was crammed, in fact the whole thing was overcrowded to start with. Loads of people complaining, we'll never go to one of these events again. Also very over priced.

The description of the event sounded great and a great Halloween event for kids. The organisation was honestly shocking the 2 small bouncy castles were over crowded and not managed filled with children of all ages small to older accidents happening including my daughter who was injured. The arts and crafts ran out of paper and was very small considering the amount of children there. The venue was externally dirty, small babies crawling on a disgusting floor. The food took over an hour of waiting and was disappointing. We left as my daughter was injured and did not want to join in anymore.
A big waste of money not worth half of what we paid for our family to attend.
