Shocking wasn't even able to go know the plastic mats with a bit if water very dangerous small unsuitable for adults kids wouldn't go on it very disappointing and a lot of money spent

We did not take part in the 'ice skating' as it was not as described, it was made to look and sound a lot better than it was, my 5 and 7 year olds even were unimpressed so we decided not to force ourselves to do it resulting in a complete waste of money - this view is shared by many others I heard did the same thing and did not take part for the same reason

Terrible. Was small and only really suitable for young children. Had it have been a drop in £3 per go thing for kids fair enough but as we had to pre book and pay more than this i expected a lot more than a tiny "no actual ice" rink. The area was swamped with disappointed parents. We will not be doing it again.

The rink was tiny couldn't actually be skated on properly. Everyone just clinging to picket fence and falling over. Told to be there 15 mins early but was then held in queue for 15 mins... only travelled to market as Daughter wanted to do outdoor skating instead of usual indoor, girls left very disappointed after 15 mins... not worth the money paid... must say the young guy taking tickets was very helpful and polite... the only positive to the experience!

Over priced my husband can ice skate and this was shocking to stand on just had to walk like a penguin to stay up so wasn't enjoyable and came off withing 5 mins and for the price we could have gone to a real ice rink

£7 for a synthetic small rink is too much, the penguins would not even slide on the plastic, although it was a good taster for my 6 year old son it was disappointing to see it when we arrived and I would recommend spending your money on a proper ice rink, it's not worth the money.

Absolutely gutted and disappointed at the so called ice rink.
What a waste of money and such a let down, we have been looking forward to this for a month
No one could skate on those tiles not even Torvill and Dean, I never fall over at ice rinks and that was not an ice rink.
Couldn't skate on it and fell hard and hurt my knee/bottom.
Kids disappointed as they can usually skate too.
Terrible taking our money for that.

We've not skated on a non-real ice rink before and found it wasn't the same and even those who are proficient ice skaters struggled on this surface. The rink itself was very small. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and it wasn't over crowded.
