Review of Club Class Luxury Campsite Pass at Y Not Festival 2019
I don't think I could have coped at the festival without Clubclass. Had a shower everyday. The service was close to the arena, so I did not have to travel far to access. The toilets were cleaned on a frequent basis and staff were friendly and willing to fix anything.

I think that the club pass was amazing however very expensive to say they shut at 11:00 PM and open at 9:00 AM. I think they should be available to use at all times as you are paying £40.00 extra to use the facilities, other than that I think they was great and I would definitely use them again.

The club class was very far from campsites, resulting in getting dirty walking back to the camp site after getting washed. There was always a que for the shower, maybe a few more may have helped. Ultimately not worth the price paid however the straighteners and hair dryers always worked.

The toilets were OK, better than portaloos and kept quite clean. However, the showers were absolutely amazing, best festival shower I've ever had!

We were only able to use the toilets in the morning because they would be closed by the time the last act was on at the arena. It rained for 2 days and no provision was put on the ground and I expected there to be a similar facility inside the arena to use considering it cost 70 for the weekend but there wasn’t

You need to ask more relevenat questions in your review - you need to have 2 locations of club class at YNoT - you were outside the arena venue - so when in the arena - you had to exit and then queue to get back in. You didnt have enough showers to cope with the number of people you had allowed club class tickets for - so at peak times there was a massive queue for the showers. taps didnt work in the toilets, soap didnt dispense in the toilets. massive queue for the hairdryers.

I wish I had known there was a pay as you go option at Club Class but it wasn’t advertised. I had intended to use the facilities more than the once I managed to because of the bad weather and muddy walkways.
Otherwise the facilities were excellent and I would highly recommend.
