The parking had to be changed due to the rainfall we had recently meaning there was no parking at the venue, I found it very unsafe with a 7 month old baby parking on a grass verge in a dual carriage way and trying to cross such a busy road with a pushchair to then having to walk up a pitch black lane with no lighting at all to guide us along the way, the parking situation was an accident waiting to happen and was a let down of the whole evening. We did however enjoy the fireworks when we got there just felt very anxious about the parking situation and the unsafe entry to the display

Over sold event. Couldn't hear any music. Everyone was packed in on the car park as the event couldn't take place on the rugby pitches. The venue was not well lit and the parking was a nightmare. The lane was very dark to walk down with small children. Fireworks were great but no bonfire which is a bit odd considering it was bonfire night.

The venue was quite busy and crowded but the atmosphere was very friendly. Good selection of food and drink available. The fireworks were great! Children's rides were very overpriced.

we didn’t attend as notified no parking for cars as firework display moved to car park and couldn’t afford taxi there and back and were a group of 25

A disgusting company who robbed hundreds of people of money when they broke part of their contract and didn’t provide parking leading people to park on a dangerous dual carriageway and causing children near death almost getting knocked down by cars travelling at national speed limit. Refused to give people refunds, ignored messages and then deleted people’s comments. Absolute cowboys

Utter crap, no parking caused chaos, I the surrounding roads, Lots of underage drinking, security allowing their mates to pay on the door. Not enough room. No decent fun fair for older children. the fireworks started too late. Not enough toilets. Left after an hour.

Some of the best fireworks we have seen and you can tell this event had been arranged with good intention.
However, the venue made the local area really unsafe for travel, parking and even walking.
There were far too many people there for the area that was available and this was despite hundreds of posts on Facebook of people not attending last minute. I dread to think how much of a health and safety issue this would have been if everyone attended.
Due to the cramped area it was hard to get around the food stands and rides with no clear queuing.
If you did want anything and could find the end queues were way over half an hour, some nearly an hour. It was impossible to get to some parts due to the overcrowding meaning we missed out on getting things my daughter wanted.
The fire show was way over advertised. It was a single girl who you could barley see due to the crowd.
We made the best of the situation but I know lots of people who left early as the overcrowding and lack of organisation made it hard to have a good time.

The issue with no parking on site really was an issue! We were lucky as we only live 5 mins away and could get a lift to and from the event, but even that proved challenging. The club is situated on a country lane and with cars parked on the side of the lane, it was impossible for two cars to drive down the lane so there were lots of issues there. The lane was in total darkness (other than car headlights) so lots of families had to walk along the lane to get to the club which as I'm sure you can imagine was very dangerous. Once inside, it was a great atmosphere and there was a wide range of food available, however, it was very very busy and the queues were HORRENDOUS! I don't mind queues but they were ridiculous and therefore I never had any food or drink. Got the kids an ice cream, £8 for two ice creams!?!! Would we go again? Not sure.....................................

Poor communication. Far too many people. No bonfire. Great food though. Was more like a street food event than a fireworks evening. Dangerous parking

Awful event! Last min telling people there was no car park and only on Facebook!! What about people who don’t use Facebook?
So we got a taxi as was advised too and then was told we had to walk half a mile up a pitch black road with 3 children and a pushchair with cars trying to turn round!!So dangerous and scary! Event was too crowded and prices were a complete rip off!
Had to que at least 40mins per ride.
Never ever again will I waste my money on 1 of your events!

Very busy which I expected to a point but it was difficult to even move through the crowds it was that packed and long queues for everything. Security was thorough and staff friendly. Good entertainment, toilets, food and rides on offer though prices high! Eg. £9 for two very small portions of chips and £5 for hook a duck! I realise the rain had affected the location and parking but their plan B was inadequate. Parking was ridiculous and dangerous! No disabled parking or even a proper drop off point and it was just too cramped having the event on the car park.
