As a member of the rugby club - I’m disappointed to see the damage left on our pitches after last night. The parking/traffic management was horrendous with dangerous parking everywhere locally included double parking on the duel carriageway.
Music and fireworks display was good - but the mud bath and overcrowding shows how unsuitable this site is for this event

Fireworks were incredible, food was very tasty.

Far too many tickets sold, horrendous queues for drinks, worst thing was the absolute crazy / dangerous scenes regarding parking. Will not be going again unfortunately unless any of the above changes

Multiple issues even if parking wasn’t a problem:

Told a sold out event that there was no parking 5 hours before the event and didn’t know the area and stated their were residential streets to park in when there wasn’t. It’s on a country lane that goes into a dual carriageway. So dangerous. The parking was absolute carnage and an accident waiting to happen.

The rides were so clunky and expensive. One even was bbiiusoy vandalised but still charged £3 per person (even for a baby) to have a go.

Food was good but when put together with the event cost and so on, it felt a bit expensive. I’d happily pay those prices in a nicer venue with less issues. Queues needed organising for food. Couldn’t find a can of pop anywhere and couldn’t queue for the bar.

Fireworks didn’t match up with the music. Felt very middle-of-the-road until the big finish.

Needs a lot of work. Has potential.

A very over priced, muddy and cramped firework experience. Unfortunately didn’t turn out to be a great event.

On the day of the event the decision was to not provide parking. This meant cars were illegally parked on the roundabout and dual carriage. The event organisers stated they'd emailed people to warn them - this was a complete lie as nobody was informed personally - it was on Facebook. The post was removed during the event due to negative comments. The venue was overcrowded and not safe and should have been cancelled

Terrible event. No communication about parking being removed leading to dangerous parking on a clear way. Venue was too busy for the land available also

An absolute disgrace with the parking situation with literally hours notice. You should be ashamed not emailing your paying customers and only putting a notice on Facebook! I will never got to or recommend a social eats event again. Disgusting!
