Everything was great except for paying with wristbands. Found the whole thing a faff and the queues for drinks were just as slow as normal payment festivals.

Lineup great but inexplicable decision to only allow payments via wristband (Which stopped allowing online payments at 7pm!!!) and absolutely absurd bar queues knocks it down a notch. Sad!

Didnâ??t like how there were no boards or info on site of who would perform when and where and also that Kelis was no longer performing but all in all had a good time

maybe provide more seating for folk and maybe more under cover (we do live in Glasgow/ Scotland)...also my Son was refused a seat coz didn't have a ticket for seated section...maybe a few extra seats please for others!! and why aren't we allowed golf umbrellas in??? So wet, after a while had to call time, needed a wee seat and a cover!!

For someone who bought VIP tickets but still had to stand in ridiculously long queues I was extremely disappointed . There seemed to be nowhere near enough staff at the bars and food stalls . I spent over an hour just getting a drink and therefore missed one of the bands i particularly wanted to see . Also 2 other acts cancelled on the day which also spoiled things but that's no fault of the organisers . I can safely say I won't be returning to any future Playground events if this is what we can expect . Very poorly organised in my opinion . Not recommended ð???

Really quick & easy when entering festival, didn't queue for drinks at bars, nice friendly atmosphere & helpful staff felt safe, toilets were really clean, food was lovely, music was brilliant will definitely be back loved it
