Absolutely shambolic organidation. No maps provided or signage about festival layout. The wristbands were a terrible idea and couldnt be topped up again online. Spent most of my time there queuing and missed one of the bands i really wanted to see because of the shocking organisation. Wont be back!

I went the second night. Found it to be very well organised, no bar queues, good toilets and helpful staff. Sister Sledge and Culture Club were amazing. Needed more bands on the main stage as Kelis had dropped out. Feel like we paid £60 for two bands but in saying that I really enjoyed. Was worried after all the complaints about night 1 but my group of friends and I had no problems so only have good things to say x

Bands were superb we went on Friday. Arrived around 4.30pm got straight in. Could have been more toilets and the top up band was a joke because of poor mobile phone signal. Also the queues for beer were terrible must have spent 2 hrs of my day queuing for drinks. Still had a great time but these problems must be rectified if you have it again. Thanks

I thought it was great,being a local to the area and having an event this close to home was fantastic, walking distance from house,will definitely be going next year ð??

Queues were too long to get into venue and too long at the bar. Access close whitecraigs train station would have been ideal. Music set up was good.

issues with the app getting tickets up to scam into event and also due to poor signal was unable to top up the band however overall the family had a great time

The cashless wristband was horrendous, no signal which made it impossible to top up or the scanners wouldn't work , the queue for the cash top up was over 2 hours. Would have been far easier and safer to pay with debit card

That again!!! Couldnâ??t top up got told not to take cash then couldnâ??t get a drink cause the site was down
