2 hour queue for a drink every time, you could only buy 4 at a time so you and all your friends had to queue meaning you spent most of your day queuing for drinks rather than enjoying live music. after paying almost £60 for a ticket was shameful. Worst organised festival I’ve ever been to.

Hi,

Was really dissapointed with this event. The management of the bars and food outlets was not good. I spent most of my time trying to get a drink and something to eat. One of the vendors that my husband queued at ran out of food.

A truly lovely festival, the venue was bliss and the fact that I saw rubbish collectors working hard was unusual for a festival. The bar queues were long and it took a long, long time to get a drink, perhaps more and smaller bars for next time would be great. The happy bus was a great idea, I hadn't known they'd be on before I went and I had booked a taxi. Perhaps we can have a separate area for taxi's next time though. The food was spectacular. Thank you for a great night.

Great layout, atmosphere and crowd. Downside was bar...who pours individual cans of beer for crowds 10 deep? Also we were charged £5 for “a pint” of beer and only getting 330ml in each drink and when we asked about this at bar security very aggressively told us to leave if we didn’t like it! Unfair as we were getting full pints round at food area (3 cans between 2 pint glasses) and this happened to every single person at the bars at main stage area....rip off for customers. Whoever was in charge of booking and getting Lauyren Hill to the stage on time for her set should be held accountable, shocking that the customers were left with 5 songs from our headliner act....most people buy their tickets for the headline act and we were treated shoddily by the organisers.
