Good festival and nice venue. However the organization was far from prepared when it opened on Saturday - to the point that the "Tasting Sessions" were cancelled and there was no indication of it (maybe a sign at the entrance would have been enough). The wrist bands were useless and never a good idea having contactless payment methods... how do I get money back from the bands? There will always be a few extra quid...

Festival was really good, enjoyed the beer and food trucks. I will definitely be buying tickets for the next one. the signage outside the event could have been better. i.e signs at the front telling you to go to the box office for your ticket and where the box office is.

We thought the day was great with a good selection of beers, good food and good music. A few small changes like more staff at entrance, ability to pay by card, more staff at the beer stalls to have shorter queues and some more benches to sit down would be perfect.The toilets were spotless and the litter pickers were on the ball so a big â??shout outâ?? to all the cleaning staff. Please come back next year.

This was the worst organised event we have ever attended. Staff were of no help and after queuing for over an hour to get in it appeared half the stuff was not set up. We will never go to an event by these organisers again and will question any future events that use this platform.
