Great atmosphere but food was a bit disappointing as we saw several tables get multiple servings of things we got none of - preferred when we could pick our own food. Also having a back up option for the quiz (like standing up and sitting down when we got the answer wrong or answering on a page) would've been good

Brilliantly organised and so welcoming. Thoroughly recommend The Book Club if your looking for a great night full of laughs and chat - a great community for getting out there by yourself or with friends.

Really loved the event and will go again. It’s clearly very popular and think that sometimes it’s hard to hear the two hosts even with microphones as everyone is having such a great time! Nice problem to have however.

Was such a great evening!!! Tiny tiny niggles were just maybe a couple more bar staff or the other bar being open. Didn’t seem to have any bottles of wine from the menu stocked 🙈 wine 🫶🏻 books 🫱🏻🫲🏼
Didn’t hinder the event in any way. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back next month for sure! xx

Really great way to meet people and socialise in Glasgow with other folks who enjoy reading and some fun! Music can be a bit loud and overwhelming when mixed in with other people talking but otherwise a great night out
