Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Enjoyed the acts but Security was over the top!! Standing in the centre of the stage which restricted our view. It was not advertised we couldnât take food and drink into venue luckily we ate it outside because they was throwing it away and the food van was closed bars run out of drinks at 4pm drinks where expensive

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Upon arrival we were told we could not bring in our water. We had to pour it away then buy more once inside, NOT HAPPY.
Then after a few hours into the festival, security decided that no one was allowed to sit on the floor or chair in front of the stage. You would have to go far away from the stage where you cannot not see the acts to sit down, as there was not enough seating back there still had to sit on the floor.
Having a bad back i needed to mix sitting with standing but also wanted to see the acts.
Many people were unhappy about this as no prior warning was given when buying the tickets.
Would not have bought tickets if i knew I wasnât allowed to sit for a ten hour period!!

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
VIP area behind the stage!! And my 69 year old partner was man handled by security and carried off the pier because she wanted to leave the venue to get food and move the car. This organisation has appalling Trustpilot reviews and you should no longer sell their tickets. Where is your due diligence?

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
On arrival it became apparent that people werenât happy with the show. It seems the acts advertised were not who performed. Also the security staff were very pushy and kept barging through the crowds, in a big group and quite intimidating.
The bar ran out of draught beers at 4pm, 6 hours before the show ended. They served canned beer and cider for £6.50, unreasonably expensive.
We left early as the sound system of the music was off, and we felt the atmosphere of the crowd was quite tense.
Wouldnât attend again, very disappointed.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Some very poor aspects mainly â¦Over zealous and intimidating security and bars running out of beer within a few hours of opening - acts were okay (Elton John was excellent ABBA good but apart from them Iâve seen a lot better)

Poorly organised event
VIP area out of view from stage
No speakers in VIP area
No re-access
Aggressive/intimidating security guards
Lack of food choice
Long good queues (not enough food)
Headline act was 20 mins late, had sound issues and came off after 45 mins

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
You should be ashamed for selling tickets to such a shambles of an event
Absolutely awful experience at the Look-a-like Festival. First of all there was nothing on the event website to say you couldnât take food in so I took a small low fat lunch (that was medically required) which was then thrown away by the security staff. When I asked why I couldnât take this small amount of food in I was told âwe donât know, thatâs just the rules we have been told to followâ. This then meant that had I stayed for the full 10 hours, I would not have been able to eat anything as the only options of doughnuts, burgers, hot dogs, chips or jerk chicken would not have met the low fat diet requirement.
Secondly, there was no information on who was performing and, of the four acts we saw, only one was as advertised. False advertising of anything is misrepresentation and, as such is a breach of the contract, that we had with the event.
Finally, and this was the one that finally for us lead us to leave after being there for less than half of the event duration, we were forced to move to the back of the pier because we wanted to sit for the potential remaining 6 hours because too many people had turned up. Not great for someone who was potentially facing not being able to eat for over 10 hours!! All in all a shocking time and one that will not be repeated.
The only good thing was when the security staff told us we wouldnât be able to get back in if we left early

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Absolute shambles!
No idea of line up timings as this wasnât available to view anywhere and guess they donât give times as to make you stay the whole day !! VIP was at the back of the stage so they saw nothing but electrical equipment! Absolute rip off for those who paid extra money , people had blankets and chairs and were there hours when the organisers tried to get them to move up the back of the pier, including a sweet 80 year old who was dancing and enjoying herself! this caused chaos with people who refused to move! Security overkill ensued , dozens of them , but people sat and wouldnât budge so they gave up , organisation was laughable asking people who were settled and having fun to move!! Beer run out , the toilets were grim , we couldnât get out to put another ticket on car as they wouldnât let you back in! And the sound system was a joke and made the acts sound terrible!! Wonât ever bother again!

Review of Save The Rave: Outdoor 90's Festival to Hastings
Too many people on drugs. The music was too heavy and lacked the essence of 90s raving. The security guards were amazing though and made us ladies feel really safe even talking to a man to stop videoing us and following us when we felt uncomfortable. It really lacked the feel good atmosphere of last year's event.
