Didn't enjoy the concert. If we hadn't had VIP tickets we'd have been waiting for a very long time in a queue to get in. The first act was an hour late and people had arrived 2 hours prior so by the time things started, people where already acting half cut. There were long queues of around 50-60 people at each food van. Plus the toilets. The changeover time between each act meant everyone left to find food or a loo at these times. My friend and I gave up after Soul 11 Soul when we hadn't moved forward in a queue for 15 minutes (not the VIP experience in my opinion) and left to find food in Hastings. Given that we weren't allowed to bring food that was pretty poor. Overall, the concert felt disjointed and didn't flow with all the changeovers. I imagine getting out with a lot of drunk people at the end was not a great experience.

The artists were brilliant but the organisation was appalling!
- The doors opened at 4.15pm which was nowhere near enough time to get everyone in to the event in time.
-Boney M were an houry
late with absolutely no explanation (are you able to let me know please)- they were only on stage for 20 mins! I'm sure there is a good reason and I would have understood if I was kept up to date.
- There was not enough time allowed between yhe bands for setting up, meaning all the acts were late and shortened.
- Rubbish selection of drinks at the bar and completely over- priced - £5.75 for a warm can of lager!
- Not enough food outlets meaning unacceptable waits.
- The microphones for the singers were not turned up enough so they were drowned out by the music.

I have been to many festivals and have never had such poor organisation and communication. Such a shame as the bands were excellent, but it will deter me from booking with you in the future

Nice atmosphere but too many deck chairs, I felt like I was at an outdoor cinema! The deck chairs were especially unsafe near the stage once the sun had gone done.

Great time, only renominated is would be much better for all if there were a couple of screens, drinks were slightly cheaper and they sold slim line tonic. ❤️❤️❤️

Policies need to be adhered to. People there with picnics after we were told no food or drinks allowed, therefore massive queues to purchase food and drink .

Queues were ridiculously long for entry. Prices of drinks sky high ... £30 bottle of what should be £4 wine!! 1st act an hour late...!! . Have been to much better festivals that were far better value for money. But had a great time nonetheless.

Grear set up plenty of toilets, access to drinks bar and clear views of the stage but not enough food stalls or choices.

Boney M only sang 4 hours, it was pathetic. Soul 2 Soul dragged on for too long and their dj was plain unpleasant. Sound quality was a bit poor - in all acts, there was always a microphone that didn't work well, it was embarrassing. Still, festival was worth it for the great show by Sister Sledge and Billy Ocean. Venue was fine - portaloos were good, and food too, even if queues were too long.
