Too long between sone of the sets. There was perhaps a techno issue. But also there needs to be a compère announcing the acts. Aswad and Maxi Priest were great. Will go again next year. Hope to see UB40 there!

The atmosphere and music were great but the sound system prevented it from being as good as it could. No big screens, these always help with if theres poor views. Can't fault security they helped where they could but our experience with access ability was appalling. We attempted several times to find a way of trying to change our tickets to accessible ones with no response or support. We didn't need accessible when we purchased. We were not allowed to use the flat easier way in and speaking to others even though they had accessible tickets they weren't either. This meant I had to navigate a wheelchair up a fairly steep, uneven and grassy hill. There was one accessible toilet that only just had room for the wheelchair but no support bats for my sister to hold. It was not maintained like the other toilets and it ran out of toilet roll quickly. Family members and guests of the band were allowed to have these accessible tickets because of the views on the platform making it busier than it needed to be. Bless the security they let us use it when there was room. But really need to do better for customers with additional needs

Review of Hastings Reggae Festival 2024
Artists were late coming on, only did short sets. The rest of the time there was barely audible music being played, at least an hour between sets. Gave up and went home like a large number of other festival goers.

The gaps between Artists was too big. The atmosphere became uncomfortable as the day progressed and the levels of alcohol/drug intoxication became higher. I don't think I will be attending again.

The music was good although they seemed to have a problem with the sound system which resulted in everything running late and not seeing a long enough set of the artists, but nice atmosphere and nice venue
