Two very humorous, friendly and kind poets who give you some hope that all is not hopeless despite the turbulent times. For the review I had to rate the music, but the poetry was as awesome any music.

Fabulous venue, wonderful atmosphere, and outstanding performances from my two favourite contemporary poets. Here's hoping that both gentlemen are at Morecambe Poetry Festival in 2024!

Review of Morecambe Poetry Festival 2022
The poets were varied and exciting to hear.
The flier was poor, the lettering was hard to read and the timings were not clear. It should have been much easier to understand who was on and when. John Hegley was in sufficiently advertised and I believe only 4 children attended.
Hopefully next year these can be addressed as it was an enjoyable event.
Review of Morecambe Poetry Festival 2022
Not music but poetry. The line up was fantastic and the venue created a relaxed atmosphere and suitable refreshment. The highlights for me - apart from the ever-awesome John Cooper Clarke, Lemn Sissay and Henry Normal - were Joelle Taylor, Kate Fox and Ste the Poet. But no poet disappointed. Looking forward to next year’s festival already!
