I spent the whole day in queues didn’t actually see one sing band due to constantly being in queue. You could barely hear the music as the VIP tent was far too loud! Terrible!
And then for kasabian to stand us up in the torrential rain was a shambles!
As everyone else is demanding I want a refund!
Shocking!
Children could of organised a better festival!

The music itself was brilliant but trying to get a drink or some food was a nightmare! An hour queuing!!! It then ran out of beer by 6.30pm

Other than that it was a good atmosphere, great for kids lots for them to go on at no extra cost

the bands that actually played were great, the people were lovely but the event was terribly ran, queuing hours for drinks, no beer left by 4pm no alcohol by 6pm no drinks at all not long after that. loads of children working the bar aged 14-16. organisers said one thing then lied/denied it afterwards, sent someone to Costco for more drinks but they went quickly. last band, Kasabian, wouldn't play because of the rain and they then closed the bar at 10pm. complete Sh!+ show to be honest

90 minute queues to get a drink is a joke. £6 a pint! Running out of lager before 5pm. Missed a few bands stuck in a queue. The bar service needs a lot of improvement. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Not enough staff for the amount of people present. The bands we did see were decent. Day completely ruined by Kazabian not performing after waiting for them all day. Doubt we will go again.

Really poorly managed event.
Queuing for drinks for an hour. Ran out of a number of drinks within 4 hours.
Not enough toilets on site. DJ tent drowned out the main stage music.
Headline band didn’t make an appearance.

Unfortunately it seems they’ve tried to make as much money as possible without thinking about the paying customer.

Shocking , don't bother,,1.5hrs to get a drink,,more people leaving the event than going in due to the drinks problem

All round great event. Music and atmosphere were amazing . Only downside was the queue for the bar which took around 45 mins and midway through ran they out of beer. Apart from that a great day out.

Poorly organised, kept running out of alcohol and food. Queues for the drinks tent were over an hour! The VIP tent wasn't worth the money and the music in there drowned out the main stage. Would never go again.

A great day out! Brilliant music, food and atmosphere. Needed more bars as we waited 90 minutes and I don’t think they anticipated how much they would sell as they ran out of a few things at some bars too. A few things to learn for next year but well worth the money

Getting a drink was ridiculous, ran out of everything really early, bands good but couldn't hear them properly with the music from vip area. We wouldn't go again .

Had a fantastic day even tho the weather was rubbish to start. Had a few teething problems but nothing you can really moan about. My only negative is would of like to be able to of used cash. Hopefully on again next year as would defo come again

Drinks was very poor waiting 1 hour to get served warm beer at £6 a pint ! Let the day down but the rest was excellent
