The bars were ridiculous, they ran out of everything. The queues for drinks were in excess of 45 minutes every time to then be told they had no lager, no gin etc. if you are going to run an outside bar at least be prepared for the amount of ticket holders! Tempers were flaring because of the ridiculous queues, maybe next time actually get a company that is used to doing outside catering & not a city centre bar that was clearly out of its depth! The same went for the food, not enough food vans & they were closing early because they had run out of food!! You need to be prepared that if people are at events for 10 hours they need food & drink, the bars even ran out of water!!!

They cancelled the main event because of a bit of rain when it had been raining all day? I stood all day in the rain giving money to the bar excited for the headline for them to cancel it. Money grabbers I demand a refund terrible event do not trust these people and go to any of there events.

Great music, terrible organisation. Over an hour queue for drinks or ice cream. Not enough toilets. Ran out of drinks half way through the day. Very poor and would not go to any event organised by these again

Hour plus wait times for drinks, people pushing in and starting arguments. Clearly not enough staff / facilities for the number of people there. Some bands were decent others sounded like poor karaoke renditions. Not worth the ticket cost at all

It was all great other than 3 main things, blokes refusing to use the porter loos EVEN THOUGH there was very little ques - didn't need to see that , the ques for drinks were massive while not being allowed to bring your own drinks in other than water - not even pop, and people bringing camping chairs and putting them right in the front of the crowd and then looking outraged when people were dancing in front of them!! Although the music was good and the food was delicious, I think it could've been better organised and I see why people were angry.

Badly managed, lines were 45mins to get a drink, poor food options and not well placed to get to. Not enough entertainment around the venture - stage was small and unimpressive. Should have been a free event based on the lack of things provided and poor set up. Been to smaller and cheaper events in the vicinity that were much better than this. Would not go again or recommend to anyone. Disappointing.

The time it took to get a drink from the bar was ridiculous we were waiting for around an hour a time. It needed more bars and experienced bar staff. Having to queue twice if you wanted lager and spirits seems strange and added to the problem. The toilets could have done with the toilet rolls topping up through the day . The music was good and it could become a good yearly event

The music from the bar was louder than the actual stage. If I could hear the bands they were the best path about the whole day. Rubbish food options and very long queues for the bar. Don’t bother next year

Minimum Hour Que for food and drink, ran out of everything. Weren’t allowed to take your own food in but then limited choice and ran out by 5pm

Shocking day. Absolutely no thought into running a big event. Queueing for almost 1 hour and 20 mins for a drink. Limited food stalls with long queues. We actually missed 2 bands due to queues

Not enough toilets meant men were using bushes that backed onto people's gardens sorry neig*bour's

Main headline act didn't show up

The VIP DJ tent was so loud it drowned out the live bands.

Kids looked as young as 15 serving alcholol

Not sure who was at fault Ronnie Roos or was it the Rugby Club where the event was held

6/10 music due to DJ
1/10 facilities

Refund would be nice

They ran out of beer! They totally didn’t plan properly for the amount of people there. Massive queues. It’s a shame as the music was awesome!

It wasn’t very family friendly. The sound system was very ‘brassy’ so sound quality was poor. The VIP tent music was constantly competing with the stage so you could hear both but neither clearly. Quality of the acts were pretty poor

Big mistake not allowing own food and drink. Beer ran out before 6pm and most food choices too - this after queuing for an hour. Oh, and the headline act cancelled

Avoid in future. 1 hour + queue for beer. Not enough toilets so also big queues. Cider was frozen and beer went flat quickly. Staff totally disorganised. If the venue cannot satisfy demand then let people bring own drinks in.

It's such a shame it wasn't better organised. The queues for drinks were horrendous. In the VIP area people were just walking in who hadn't paid for VIP! When confronted by security they wouldn't leave and security just said they couldn't do anything then threatened to throw us out for complaining!!!! What was the point of paying extra if they were going to let everyone in. Only 2 toilets in VIP. Ran out of a lot of drinks. Food stalls Limited and again large queue. Took an hour to wait for a pizza and chips sold out. Bands were great and outside of VIP area atmosphere brilliant

The music stage and the DJ tent were practically next to one another and so they were sometimes drowning each other out so you couldn’t hear. The bar set up was appalling and I spent 1 hour 20 mins queuing for a drink . There seemed little preparation for the amount of people . Simple thing that could have been done , better organisation and more staff or let people take alcohol in . Was not worth the money paid at all
