Great day!!! It was so nice to have something in Leicester Forest east, we only live around the corner so we could walk there.
Food was great, drinks were great and the bands were awesome! Fantastic atmosphere!
My only criticism would be that there needed to be more the one bar or one huge bar to accommodate everyone and perhaps a few more food vans. Yes the queues were long but that’s always the case when you go to any festivals/concerts!

I would happily attend this event again! ✌🏼

VIP disco noise drowned out the band's playing . Approx 1 hour Q at bar so missed a music slot, not enough toilets so men used the bushes and neig*bours gardens, security disappeared when it rained so crowd got on stage with band with no security in sight! Very disappointed, but the band's we saw were AWESOME. Organisers could have done so much better.

Had the makings of a great event and if issues are addressed it could be great in the future, though it will need to overcome the bad name it will have gained from yesterday due to many organisational matters. Discussion with various customers from 2023 and greater understanding of layout and how music clashes if stages / tents are not placed correctly would help. Insufficient drinks / food tents, & each tent needed someone managing it directing things as very inefficient, though running out of drinks very early on maybe made that less of an issue.

The venue was ok but how it was set out and organised was unbelievably bad.
The bar was to small for the venue and was completely overwhelmed by the volume of customers. 45 minutes standing in a queue as it turn into a free for all trying to get served and when you finally got to the bar there was a poor selection of drinks on offer if there was any left. Drinks where very over priced for this kind of festival.
The food options where very limited and also over priced.
The most disappointing thing was the last band not coming on to play even after the crowd had stayed in the rain to watch them.
Overall someone needs to actually over see this next year as most of this is a simple fix if they just have a think about the 3000 people that are attending and not 1000 which is what was catered for from what I could see.

Money making event...not allowed picnic in.. Discusting overpriced, not enough choice of food... Queue after queue.. Vip tent too close to the main stage.. Mixed music noise.. Missed acts due to queueing as people jumping in... Everything ran out food and drinks... Very poorly managed as people bought stuff in.. Food/drinks, also sneaked in without paying... Wouldn't go again unless food and soft drinks allowed... Tribute acts were great tho the ones we saw.. Even the rain was brilliant.. But overall a clearly money making, rip off event... 💰💰💰

Ran out of food, ran out of drinks. One hour queue for food and then another one hour for drinks. No easy place to buy soft drinks for children. Not enough choice of food. Not enough bins so smashed glass everywhere. VIP guest tent dj music drowned out music from main stage.

For a first attempt at this venue it was ok. But continually running out of beer within the VIP tent and having queues that took around 40mins to get served wasn't good. Also having a DJ in the VIP tent meant you couldn't hear the bands on stage, not even if you went outside to the railing area. The music clashed.
It would have been better without the DJ and using that space for another bar.
Also take a visit to fake festival and see how they use drink tokens to speed up the bar queues, that works really well.
As you are continually serving, you should have the bar staff continually pouring so that beer, cider whatever can just be collected and passed over.
A few more toilets in the VIP area would have been good as well.
The bands were good though, excellent line up and the venue worked really well. Staff were very good and I didn't see any trouble, so great work there!
Just by sorting a few different things out it could turn a good event into a great event!

Improvements could be reducing the queue at the bar which was an hour long. Needs bigger bar and more staff. Draught lager ran out too early. Music from VIP tent drowned out the bands if you were anywhere on the right hand side of the stage. Bands were great and parking was easy.

Not a good experience running out of everything having the vip area music was to loud staff wasn't very nice and didn't want to be there shame i can't get a refund for the 4 tickets I purchased and 140 I spent on rip off beer and food

Great event with good bands, Bars ran dry with 5 hours to go and very slow service. The bar service needs major improvement.

Ran out of most drinks by 5pm and queuing for an hour for a drink is not great. Not like they didn't know how many people would turn up.
Also the music in VIP tent was annoyingly overplaying the bands, u could hear them both. Acts were great but definitely needs improvement

Beer over priced, was warm and had to queue for 45 minutes at bar and ran out of lager at 5.30 extremely dissapointed to say the least.

The tribute bands were excellent. However the bar was a bit of a let down . I appreciate that we had to queue for our drinks, but it was really early to be running out of c**e for vodkas , and also the pumps were not working for the lager .the young guys working behind the bar sometimes didn't have a clue what they were doing.

We didn’t arrive until just after 6 due to other commitments. All the bars were depleted, could not get a drink that we wanted. Prices were shocking knowing how much we paid for tickets and also how much we normally pay at the rugby club. Toilets were disgusting. Queues were still long but apparently were a lot smaller than what people had experienced earlier in the day. The only thing that was great was the section for the kids, they were fully entertained. However one nan arrested for touching a child - not what you want when you feel like you are in a safe environment. We paid £78 for our tickets and people were being let in for £10 cash each at the time we entered. Appalling.
