I was disappointed, after coming last year where I screamed most of the time. I found this one boring at times, there were too many people, so lots of waiting around. I heard a guy do the same talk 4 times! as we were waiting for so long. our group had over 20 people in it, way too big. It lacked atmosphere when walking around, im sure last year there were more people around scaring you. There were a couple of good parts, the tavern was excellent, and the end. I'm not sure it was worth the money. I think they have got too greedy and overbooked people, which spout it for me. I was late going in, 30 minutes. Not sure you need to book a time slot. As I said due to the amount of people there, you spend a lot of time waiting,which ruined it for me. Once our group got joined up with another, it was hard to see or hear. All in all very disappointed and won't be going next year, if they do it.

fantastic experience, kids loved it ...the Tavern part of trail 1 was superb, virtually realistic.

Whatton House and staff must have worked really hard to put on the Halloween event.
Maybe a few more seats under gazebos would be useful
and as the queue is slow moving to the actual garden, could a light show be put on there

More like a theatrical play rather than a scary haunted walk. Decent if you like that sort of thing, but I switch off.
Wish we read up on it further or there were reviews to see. Shame these aren’t shown on the website.
Ended up having to wait a bit between scenes. Not the best Halloween scare I’ve been to. But go if you like plays!

Great evening out as a family. Non stop fun & something a bit different. Really recommend it.
