Been to a few of these events before. This one in comparison was a good location, just didn’t have the scare factor. The group of people we got attached too and went around with on trail 1 didn’t seem scared either. Trail 2 slightly better still not scary enough. Just need to up their game.

Right from the start the overall atmosphere in the courtyard was amazing. There was even a fire artist and fire pits . There was music coming from speaks all themed to halloween! The lights were really good to. The trail was so fun. Credit to all the actors as on the day we went it was raining and freezing. Would recommend this to anyone thinking of going!

The actors were great throughout the whole show! Unfortunately, it was not as scary as I would have thought - nothing very horror about it!

I have been to scarefest many times in Wakefield and this was the expectation I had

Very poorly sign posted to the venue as well. Directions on the website were inaccurate and not helpful

Great theme and story line, too much walking through woods and not much action

Event really good...booking system not so good especially if booking for someone else as a gift..which is what I did.
Unable to print tickets until 6pm the day before of event......nightmare.

It wasn’t very easy to find, spent a lot of time and Petrol finding it; as there are 3 mill lanes in the area . There should have been a postcode, to save the stress of driving in the dark and rain. We did use the gps. The experience was a little disappointing as it didn’t last long and it felt a little rushed. People were nice but went home disappointed as the YouTube makes it look far better. For me it was over priced.

Story was good but not frightening. Could have done with more atmosphere and people jumping out.
Overall good just needed a bit more

Very much enjoyed the trail. We also went last year and the high standards were absolutely on par. The whole set up is absolutely fantastic and I screamed, a lot!
I did feel this years was shorter than last though and felt paying for two trails was rather a lot of money so we just did trail 1.
Would highly recommend for a great scary night!

We didn’t know what to expect… it exceeded our expectations and was really fun! Lots of scares and laughs along the way. The actors were all amazing! The setting was really well made and realistic.

Absolutely brilliant! Very highly recommend. Both trails were fun and scary. Our favourite was trail 2. The actors were fantastic. We can't wait to go again next year :)

Absolutely phenomenal event at Whatton House tonight. Incredibly skilled actors, immersive sets and intriguing plot lines. Plenty of scares for everyone and lots of laughs. Top class event, beautiful venue and I really cannot stress how good the actors were. Came last year and didn’t think they’d top it this year but I was so wrong - completely blown away. Looking forward to the next one already!

The actors in the maze are incredible and really keep you emersed in the experience, would 100% recommend to anyone who loves a jump scare and an interesting story. We all loved it and had the best time screaming and laughing! Will be back next year to see what they have in store!
